In that case, just copy the text from the website, create a new post this way

ofcourse, you need to remove the spaces in [ q u o t e ] and [ / q u o t e ]

An other option would be to take a screenshots, upload it to a free image host and post this image followed by the url where people can find the original text.

There is nothing wrong with copy/pasting most content, as long as you clearly indicate you are quoting, and also post the url where people can find the original. If you just copy/paste text and pose it as your own, you'll get banned tough!

Be careful doing this. You really need to add some meaningful comments if you are extracting copyright text from another website. As has already been stated, post the link to the page as well. Failure to do this can get you banned for plagiarism.
