Decentralized exchanges are the next 'big' thing although that's been the case for a while. Once a high volume high functionality DEX is built then there's not going to be any gaps in the market

There are various ideas on various people regarding ICOs. But any great ICO should have nice working concept, active experienced dev team, good community support, and interesting roadmap. After reading whitepaper, you can decide whether it is good or bad. Some review sites also helps to this. Then take your decision what will be the best option.
