Title: BTC-e bitcoin withdrawals not working Post by: davidgdg on October 22, 2013, 05:49:10 PM I bought some coins this morning. Tried to withdraw. Nothing. The "withdrawal" tab just reloads the page. Have sent three messages to support without even an acknowledgement.

I saw a few mentions of this in the troll box earlier today. It seemed like it was cleared up -- users who had problems were reporting that the withdrawals came through. Are you still having problems?Is ANYONE running a professional exchange these days? The support system is sub-contracted out and requires a different password to the main site. I had not realised that. Have just sent a nother support ticket now so hopefully will find out what the withdrawal issue is. |
