Title: almost to the 1gh/s mark
Post by: NateDoggETH on March 21, 2018, 04:38:26 PM
I've been sitting at the 850-900mh/s mining ETH for a bit now. I am hoping to find a few GPUs on the cheap (they are getting lower) and another PSU to get me over the 1gh/s mark. I have a mobo with 2 GPUs on it running but I need another PSU for more cards.

I thought I would be happy getting my shed up and running but knowing I am so close now, its like I can taste it. I'm going to book my Disney World trip and whatever cash I have left over, I will be looking to get whatever cards I can to get me there. Hopefully I have it in 2 weeks or less.

I am running 30 AMD RX570 cards currently. I am buying the dip and mining away. I have seen a 20% increase on my buys and I haven't even managed it as closely as I usually do.  :)

I'm not really sure when this happened but when I stated mining I had the dream of having 100 Mhs. But at some stage I stopped mining etherum and lost track. Now that I have switch back I'm shock to realize that my mine had grown to 2Ghs due to 57x1070,  6x1060 and 1 Rx 480 4Gb  I'm also mining with 10 I7. Total power usage is a mind blowing 8.77kwh. That includes fans.

The sickness has begun, you are now infected...You start with a few MH and once fully infected life takes you somewhere fun.

wow boys!
both of you are real farmers!

For the RX 570, what's the number of hashes that each one is giving you?

Like 25-29 usually. Depends if I dial them back or not for heat/electricity reasons. Simple BIOS mod and never had a problem with them...need another 24  ;D

I am averaging 28-29 per card. I have a few cards that will do 31 mh/s but I also have a few cards that just can break the 27mhs mark without a ton of errors or temps getting higher on them compared to the others.

I have bios modded all of mine, and undervolted them just a bit also.

I definitely have been hooked on getting bigger/better since I started in October.
