I think we should have a bitcointalk site that is for phone version so that people posting or following posts here on phone can have an easy browsing of topics. Even in the phone when opening thid forum, it is still opening is desktop mode so I'm having difficulty posting topic and replying to it.

The forum works fine on my phone in it's mobile format; probably more specific to your local options.

I do not understand what your phone means.
whether the phone can receive information if there is a new post, usually every new post or will definitely get imail, and not from a short message from the phone.

I mean that the mobile format on my phone is the same as the desktop format.

He talking about Mobile version of bitcointalk, if you open bitcointalk from your browser on your phone, it will show dekstop version not mobile version. So, OP want to suggest mobile version. Already answered by OP above.

Yes Probably in the future but right now! It won't not work because if you going to go live somebody will track your record and it's not a privacy anymore, remember that this forum is for people who are open on Cryptocurrency and we want Privacy or decentralize in the first place.

At this time with the news that most if not all social media sites are banning crypto ads on their sites , this would be a well appreciated move we could even take it a step further and actually develop a android app specific to this bitcoin forum. This would create a ease of accessing information for people who just really want to learn and get credible information.

It would be nice to have a website for the phone. But to be honest, I'm completely satisfied with the usual version, when I go from the phone. I personally feel comfortable reading and writing posts

Why do you need to write to the phone. You can read easily in your phone's browser. It seems to me that such changes are not needed. I generally try to use the phone for his main purpose. For me there is nothing more convenient than a PC. I don't even recognize the laptop. Maybe I'm conservative? But I always do because I'm comfortable.

I still often use smartphones to access bitcointalk and create new / reply posts easily through the browser without any difficulty. bitcointalk ready Responsive is compatible comfortably. Why do you need an app for news, forums? I think the problem is from the need, because dev from the forum can do it the best way.

The  forum in my Google apps is  working just fine. If you want to follow your post then just click the follow botton. Apps for bitcointalk.org will lead to many hacking issues it's better to be like this, security is good.

When will they launch the bitcointalk application? that would be very good!

Maybe he meant to open Bitcointalk in the form of an app on the phone, to make it easier for all users to create posts, by simply opening the app only and not having to open google chrome.

Sounds intriguing but not really necessary. I think bitcointalk is responsive enough for mobile phones. And having an app might compromise with our security. So it is better this way.

Can't imagined why there are users here who is having a difficulty in the forum interface when viewed or used on mobile. Even a low RAM (min. 500mb) phone can load the forum smoothly and posting and replying to topic is not that difficult to access. If you are viewing the forum regularly via mobile browser, you will used to it and eventually you will not have

Still if you want that tile style view of any website then you can used UC Browser so you can forced a website to view their mobile view. Sometimes it's automatic but if not you can set it on Settings.

I just do not agree with your opinion. The appearance of the forum on the phone is very good because I can see all the topics easily on a smaller screen than opening a forum using a laptop or pc. Maybe the difficulty, when we open the forum on the phone, is when we type with a smaller keyboard and often experience typing error so that our posts look like defective words that can not be understood by people who read the post. Although maybe in the future forum developers will bring up the phone version I will still support because it aims to facilitate the members of this forum.

I couldn't see any problem of using smartphone when entering bitcointalk. I used to it from the very beginning and i'd never encountered any problem with it. I can go through any website that i wanted to visit. Its just become difficult posting a new reply when my internet connection very weak..

I don't have problems accessing the forum through my phone, it works well. The interface is the same with the desktop version so there's no need to adjust. You mean that there should be an app version for bitcointalk? I have read in some discussion that theymos doesn't support any existing app that is related to bitcointalk as long as he don't have consent on it stick with the traditional site.
So when you're also in PC it's also difficult for you to post in threads?

I too think that it would be great if we could use this forum easily on phones as well. There is an app actually, but it doesn't work very well. The web version works better, but I believe it could be improved.

This site works just fine in my Cell phone, in phone mode. No problem in posting or replying any comment. You may try different Android browser.

An app maybe? Though the forum itself is alright and functional. This web is good and I can post and reply well. You shoukd adjust your phone to "mobile view" so it would fit or use another browser. Chrome is the best! :)

I also feel comfortable with chrome so far no obstacles or difficulties are all easy.
I've seen in the playstore there is a bitcointalk app, I think it's fake and do not ever use it.

I totally agree with your idea, it can really help us if someone reply to our post by contacting via tlf it can make a notice for us.

I think the site okay and compatible in mobile. It's also nice if their and application on mobile that are connect on this site. What do you think in my idea?
The application has also an different notification for as to let us know what happen when we are offline.
More people are using Tablet and android when they are going any where.
It's my only opinion and suggestion.

I also feel bitcointalk forum can launch a IOS and android applications, so people can more convenient in the forum published reply and published posts, and can at any time to open the APP to browse the latest information of forum.

For what? Its not necessary need to have. Its already compatible with phones browser and i am always using my android phone for browsing and making an access to bitcointalk website. Its very comfortable to use it while scrolling, reading , and making reply to some forum topics.

It's really unncessary because actually you still can write your post and post it right ? Most of people in this forum are using Desktop to work on Bitcointalk , so create a phone version is not that worth for us.

yeah i need bitcoin talk mobile version too, it will more fun browse our forum easily, we can see and reply the thread more fast without horizontal scrolling again, and i hope that some day bitcointalk have the mobile apps fot android user and iphone user

Completely agreed with you. Bitcoin forum user need to have phone version of this forum. Because, it is very hard to use bitcoin forum with our mobile phones. Moderators must immediately find a solution for this problem.

I don't have any problem to use bitcointalk.org in my smartphone. It showen like it show when I use a desktop PC and it works very well. On my phone this site load very smooth. there is no need to create an application using this forum. In addition, I don't think that theymos will support this idea, as a lot of members here.

The smartphone's display is actually very large and i don't really mind at all since i need to keep up to date with the current information about the crypto world and this is one of the places that i am able to get such information.

It is great idea to have phone version of BTC talk. The site works fine on phone browser, the only problem is that we have to Zoom to have a better view of the content which is cause is problem for us. Desktop site is quite good and user-friendly, phone version will be just an add-on benefit for us.

I don't need phone version of bitcointalk . Because website version is better to me I think. Before I want in this forum has phone version because I think before is much easy to access what I want to see. But now I thkmk website version is better than the phone version because in website version you cn access more threads instead of phone for sure the access of every boards will become double because in phone the text become big .

This topic should be moved to Meta (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0) where it should be posted in. I think you idea is really great but for now, there are so many problems that admin and all other Moderators need to handle to improve the quality of this forum and it's more necessary than this one, maybe when everthing solved fine, admin and their team will run a mobile version for Bitcointalk forum.
