DPOS is nothing new, waves does the same thing....ethereum will eventually change to this model...sorry but the only difference i see in NEO vs all preceding smart contract platforms is that apparently smart contracts can be coded in an array of different coding languages...other than that neo was just there at the right place right time with a good rebrand...

I've been invested in NEO since the days of Antshares. It's designed to do some pretty cool things, but at the moment, ETH definitely has the advantage.

NEO could be the next Ethereum and possible surpass Ethereum in the future. The fundamental of this coin is strong because i heard this project also supported by Chinese government. The team also very active to promote advantages of the project in many media.

I like this coin and I see a great potential. I've bought pretty much NEO since the previous deep. I am sure that there is a high probability to make a few Xs till the summer. This coin can become dangerous, because its fully controled by the Chinese government.

Indeed. NEO is a great investment if you are planning for long term. NEO has shown significant growth in the past year 2017 and has made its way to the top 10 coins in the coin market cap. Its kind of centralized at the minute yes but its not a finished product and has no intention of being centralized in the future. This is actually a positive for NEO because it gives them creative freedom to develop the project in their own vision without needing to reach consensus with developers and miners like ETH does. It's time to forget about NEO. After announced the ontology is already worthwhile to consider. and now just do not buy NEO. This platform of course will not disappear but I am sure it will get much less support now.

NEO has actually been pretty attractive right from the onset and would actually be bringing about some good competition for ETH for smart contract usage. At least, we are seeing how it is being adopted pretty fast and seeing as how some very good projects have solidly been springing up from the NEO platform. I would actually call the two of the rivals when it comes to smart contract, which makes them actually serve similar functions but on different grounds.

I have a conviction that Neo will be a great asset most especially if the ban on ICO is lifted in China. Though, it may take a few years, I believe the ban will eventually be lifted. I do hope that the developers continues to build the project. The possibility for Neo is endless.

The NEO platform is very strong for me. I think in the future the main engines of the price, there will be news from China. They are both going to be great but both also have some disadvantages. NEO I think is much superior but it only have less developer creating some products in their platform. If I have to chose between the two, its NEO due to its offer of Gas Distribution which is sort of a dividends for holding NEO on your wallet. Its like incentives holders for holders which matters for someone like me.

I love NEO, the Chinese ETH like it's fondly called and like every other coin out there in this bears season, it's taken its share of the beaten. The NEO project is a great one and should the Chinese government relax its ban on ICOs, it will see NEO make giant strides in terms of its price.

I will agree with because 90%  of China place more value on Neo. Secondly .from my own person observation on the trend of ICO , many altcoins now using  wave ,stellar, and Neo smart contract to build their own altcoin which makes the Etheruem Network workload to be reduce and lesser demand for the etheruem token which might result to low price of ETh. I think NEO still needs a lot of time to grow as it is too new and it hasn't shown that much of reliability to the public, and it dropped a lot recently so it has to recover in that aspect too.

NEO is one of my biggest holdings, really wish I would've sold earlier this year and locked in some profits! Oh well, tough coin to really know what's going on as it's based in China.  I have read some articles really tearing it down, but for now I still hold it and take my gas earnings to buy more NEO every couple of months.

NEO is fantastic.  It is the only other smart contract platform that is close to competing with eth.
All of the other ones are still just wishes, promises, and half working alpha products. (even if their market cap is higher).
