If you use google auth and you still already backup secret key then you can restore it by download google auth and write/scan it. If you don't have your backup key, you can possibly regain access to your account through reporting it to Binance support[1]. If you did not do KYC yet before losing your Auth, be ready as it seem to be necessary to gain access to your account again. Always save the important ones on your data base if you have one like notepad list etc. Your problem is quite troublesome regarding to your forgotten designated codes provided by 2FA GOOGLE. Personally, I would prefer a self-hosted/offline option than an online just like I prefer KeePass to Lastpass for my passwords.I'm using andOTP (https://github.com/andOTP/andOTP).
