It is plausible that his account was hacked or bought by someone else. His last post is a one-liner and is over 7 weeks old, and the post previous to that is from July 12.
Now, after returning from weeks of inactivity the first thing that comes to his mind is start this thread and ask for a loan.
To me this looks very suspicious.

As a hero member and not telling us why you need this loan, AND not providing any sort of collateral should scream the words **SCAM** to everyone reading this post right now.

I instantly thought it was a hacked/ bought account, but I did want to see his response to my question if he had any...

lol i never noticed people were actually responding to this thread. Do you guys have a good idea of what I could use as collateral?  I could offer my rank 1 NA SC2 account.  I can't really think of any other digital goods I have.  I have a jalepeno that I could mine on your miner for you... idk what else to offer for collateral. My account wasn't stolen, but I am kinda trolly though. I need this loan :  I lost all my coins at sealswithclubs.eu.  I'm not going to gamble with it.  I owe someone for gearing up my druid in world of warcraft. I guess I could offer my gladiator WoW account.

I guess proof that my account wasn't stolen is that I actually have a Jalepeno. You can see the thread I made when I received it. I can post pics if you want.

Um, you'd better offer a great collateral.  Not mining, perhaps any stock holdings or alt-coins.

I can't think of much to offer for collateral. As far as services to earn btc: I can do your homework or get you high rated (top 1%) in pretty much any competitive game (chess, LoL, WoW, sc2, cs, q3, etc..)

You seemed pretty reasonable before, but I have no way to verify that you are the same person.  Also, you have not explained how you will acquire 1.5 BTC within a month.
