I have 20k (in Bitcoin) to invest in a project and would like to in addition work as the marketer in the project. 

That might be a good idea for you to check listings websites, they provide all key info + their own ratings - that might be useful while choosing the project to invest in. As for me, I trust coingecko and tokenmarket as they dont provide paid listing options.
Anyways investors with such amounts are always welcome in any project and if you are a qualified marketer, I think that won't be a problem too

The best for you is to invest those 20k in a way bigger places and projects, not something that can be deleted and like never existed in a second.
I personally would tell you to follow the top things in CMC and choose whatever you believe most, invest smartly don't throw your money away. And obviously, don't invest in someone who just sent you a PM or contacted you because no serious project will chase after 20k investment.

If you have some Bitcoins which you don't want to hold - I think that the best and safe way to get profit, it is to buy Ethereum - it is really very cheap agains BTC at the moment.

You should join the CMT community that is my advice because its features in the future may outperform ETH. Maybe it will be in the top coin sometime

It is important to see a real newscase. Most cryptocurrencies have ambitious aims but there is no connection to the token.
In addition a token should not be limited to one specific kind of use. Another important factor is the team. You need an amibtious team for ambitious projects. Try to contact them and check out if they do reply and how they reply!

So far I'm still constrained by electricity to do mining, but for the OP with that kind of money I think he can do it easily. There are many places to invest in the world of crypto, you just need to find the best place and then make a big profit in the future.

Well, if not that he has huge amount to invest in, I would not really recommend mining to him but like you said 'if he is getting cheaper electricity in his location'. Also he can also opt-in by using solar for his mining instead of electricity. That is what people are using now because of the high cost of electricity. I would also recommend he buy some good cheap  altcoins and hold them till they moon, should incase mining fail him.

I think you should first contact a lot of ICOs about becoming a marketer...

waht you want is unique,  you know? You want them to hire u officially as a marketer and you want ot invest.

It's easy to invest your 20k, but it's hard to get hired as an official marketer lol. (Unless you're talking aobut sig campaigns and bounties).
