what are the most unique ICO in March of April 2018 you know?

I believe local coin swap will be good, it is an innovative exchange and ico platform that will share all the profit with its token holders, im supporting this ico at the moment.

I think it's ETH.TOWN

I think these are the projects to watch out for, Open platform, Dav Network, Effect.ai, Cardstack and Grain. All these projects are projects I am looking into but there are some projects also that will come out soon with their ICO date will be worth investing. Now because of the state of the market, there are some projects that are now falling into sleepers

I do not like ICO and do not invest there, but I see nice projects like Grain, Kora and Dbrain

There are so many projects out there, just part can be fully trust to be able to stand and succeed for a lengthy period. A project is said to be unique, if it can withstand the test of time. I have seen projects with good start, but at the end failed. I have made series of observations and have tested some to have what it takes to succeed. Instances of such projects with their sales still on are Bobsrepair, Sapien, Docademic, Medichain, Kryll, Ntok and some others. I believe investing into them will not only make the investor have a great year of investment, but that he will also like to invest more into them.

My criteria of a good ICO is that:
1. it must be an existing business for a few years with a good model, and have even bigger feasible plans for the reason of doing an ICO.
2. Team composition and advisors are next that I look at, idea can be great but without a strong team, it wouldn't give me sufficient confidence that their plans can be executed without delays, that is if it's ever executed.
3. Next thing would be how unique their business plans are, I realised many ICOs are basically copying ideas from existing businesses, tweek abit and calling it theirs, hence it comes back to the point of why it must be a running business for at least a couple of years.

In my opinion CellBlocks (cellblocks.io) will be a unique ICO in April which is going to start on 1st April. This is something different and interesting in my view as this ICO based on developing the daily life of prisoners with the blockchain technology. I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

Currently the space is too crowded with so many ICOs and is getting difficult to find good ones, also coupled with the low interest in some of these projects because it seems to be better to be able to find value on exchange than invest in ICO
