I wonder if Electroneum can reach 1$ value by the end of 2018? There was a lot of hype related to this coin. The Team seems to be working well on promoting its mass adoption plans by recenrlt launching mobile miner app and getting listed in couple of new exchanges. However, the price does not look that well, especially after the recent deep. So, has this coin even a tiny chance get not to the moon, but at least 5x.???

If they deliver on the promise that ETN could be spent (paying phone bills, in game purchases, etc.), not just mined and traded, I can see it going up a lot in price.

I think you missed the boat when ETN hit 8x and even 12x of the ICO price. It is possible that might do another 5x but as it stands there is nothing really much going for electroneum. The mobile miner that was hyped at its debut did not do much to skyrocket the price when it was finally launched.

Except Richard Ells and his marketing team can come up with something unique that the cryptosphere has not seen, I would not be expecting much.

Huge number of people mining the electroneum as I know in my circle as well. There is lot of expectation for this coins and siacoin. We may expect the big growth in the market for long time.
Marketplace circulation for this coins will increased than anything on this year starting onwards.
May be we may find this coins maximum upto 75 cents buddy. 1 USD shall be expected reach for this coin.

If there are two or three sensational reports this year, the price could really rise. but we have to wait a bit for these news. until then, the price will not go much higher, I think

It is listed at 3 cents on coinmarketcap today. Has a long way to go to reach$1. Huge profit for any investor who buys today if it reaches $1.

In the world of crypto currency, news is almost everything. I'm sure that Electroneum has a lot of trump cards in its sleeve and its price, it will still reach the end of 2018.

Their marketing is fantastic. Kucoin has now listed it but not much price movement as the whole market is a bit flat at the minute.

Expect big things later on in the year.

This. I've been slowly mining them with a few old phones since the mobile miner came out. Going to stock up on them for when the price finally moves a bit. I think once the market recovers, we'll probably see at least 3x gains. There's been a whole bunch of new people to jump in on the project ever since the mobile miner went live.

Not enough to make any significant difference. However, I bought a bunch a while back. Also, i've got a couple of solar panels on my camper and the old phones were just laying around in a drawer anyways. So it's not like it's costing me anything at all. Just extra crypto if you ask me. I'm currently mining about 10-12/day.

Unless bitcoin jumps in value like last year to around $50k, I just don't see it happening.

The biggest exchange ETN is listed on is Kucoin and no other exchange has more volume. So that says a lot. Volumes are also very low for its rank on CMC. The max ETN will go is probably somewhere around $0.2 or so and that's extremely optimistic as the forecast for BTC isn't as bullish as last year.

I would personally not invest in ETN or expect a 33x price gain within a year, but that's just me, it could be different from your opinion.

we can always be optimistic if the electroneum coins into a coin that has a high price and the possibility of touching $ 1, it happens because of the potential of this large electroneum coin.

Right now they are struggling they do not even have a support thread here because they locked their official thread and have not open since now, this is not a good way to market this coin, their marketing manager is not good I seldom receive a newsletter from Electroneum team.

I think this is possible but this year? I think not. ETN will need much more to go to $1 level as it's mobile app is not enough for people and it need's more exchangers that accept the coin.

Electroneum have too much coin in circullation like doge coin. Do you know why doge never get to $1 ? It is because coin in circullation is too much. I dont think electroneum can even hit 50 cent. And for $1 it is impossible especially if we see the market is stagnan and the buying power is getting weaker.

I don't really know if it can reach $1. But it is still possible we are not at the end of the year. It is a coin for mass adoption. Maybe at the end of the year more people are going to have ETN compare to other coins if the Electroneum team succeed in marketing the coin. We are waiting for the telecom operators to propose ETN mining app to their users. Price should increase after i think.
They also should release the mobile app for iPhone.
But some other projects also want a mass adoption of their coins. We will see who is going to be successful. But i think ETN has a good chance to be the one.

It was decreasing a lot, i remember when it was 0.1 or 10x from the ico price and this time it's only worth below 0.03. That means if that was only a joke that has been created by shillers of electroneum itself.
Don't be fooled by them all dude. It will never happened. The fact that the chart always goes low and low. It will be so difficult because there is no purpose in electroneum.

It can if there is a hype and team is working but all depends on the market. If we can manage to enter a bull market, it can be more than $1

this is very important, not only as a long-term investment at least know why they have the right reasons to buy it, if it is used as a means of payment I think it may happen ETN can touch the price of $1

Electroneum is a wonderful project everyone know this technology but your expectation is too much in this year. Because current situation is unpredictable in crypto platform so this will reach 0.5 USD is possible in end of this year. I think many projects are competiting in this year so most of the ICOs are struggle to raise in the crypto platform.

The inconsistencies in their mining app and followed by delays on the roadmap,  I think it would be difficult to reach $1 this year except there are successions of roadmap milestone achieved. On a long term,  the coin has good prospect.

This. When the mobile miner hit the market there were only 27k people mining it and currently there are 65k people mining it , at least for the last 3-4 days. As this number grows and spreads, soon at least for this currency we will be able to see apps and I hope services we would be able to pay for with ETN and when that thing happens, the price of ETN will really explode.
ATM i am mining ETH on my rig and the profits are traded instantly to ETN :D Hope I am not making a big mistake, but at least I am getting the coins are a reaaaaally sweet price! Hope we will hit the moon soon bois!

Top 5 on what? on CMC or any coin listing price indicator site? well I doubt it since there are so many coins who's better than electroneum and it is not been adopted nor been stake by major whales as of today so it will be so pathetic to speculate that way since the perfect one to be discuss is the price is it could really reach for 1$ anytime soon.

There is a platform will begin to function fully, then the price of a coin will grow. Investors and traders need something to surprise and interest.

I think the coin has every chance to show 5x this year, but most likely this is more feasible towards the end of the 2018 year

Actually the price went down from the ATH of 0.14$, to only 0.014$. So this is a 90% loss if someone bought in January. It might recover at some point, but there is no way it can hit even 0.30$ this year. Good coins don't have such a kind of big loss.

Unfortunately, I lost faith in Electroneum because this project, having a capitalization of more than 1 billion dollars, could not get to the top exchange and its price fell 20 times .

Electroneum hit highest price 0.19$ last January today electroneum value 0.013$ . Electroneum app supported mobile mining its facing technical problem since march 2018.Electroneum is still not listed on any of the major exchanges like Binance, Bittrex and Poloniex. electroneum best for long-term investment now buy and hold it 2-5 years.

It's not actally mobile mining, more like a faucet what etn is doing. Some other coins are working on true mobile mining but it'll probably be android only as apple is very strict with this stuff. Does this fake mining play any part in decentralising the network?

I followed the ICO and the launch of the blockchain and they seemed not very professional. All ICO wallets were frozen on the launch, the miner was not avaiable for weeks and they missed all the good hype about their project. But if they manage to improve it could get a quite interesting project. We will see in two to five year  ;D

I don't know how the progress of Electroneum is going, but the price of ETN is just terrible. I feel sorry for anyone who bought on January and haven't sold yet. I think this project has potential, and CEO is great at marketing and getting deals, but they need good programmers to develop those off chain solutions. If they could deliver this instant payment system and get partnerships with online shops, service providers, etc., everything is possible.

Not only electroneum you can see all the coins dumped in the market. I really worry about the price dump of any coins mate. If you want to invest on the crypto currencies you surely can go with investing any potential crypto currencies mate.
I see many of the people here in my city mining electroneum and making money out of it due to less difficulty on those coins mate.
May be 70 cents we can expect on the electroneum market and may expect huge volume due to more number miners being part of it.

Probably this is for fun, I do not think the ETH price could drop to that level, if ETH reach that level maybe the Crypto market will collapse completely. No coin exists on the market, since all coins are developed on the basis of ETH.

LOL you are making fun arent you?    ETN will never reach $1 even after USD totally lose value.     ETN have least capable team in whole crypto. Thy cant do anything right.  It is good to see their ICO copy/paste coin is finally out of top100. It will only sink deeper.  One tenth of a cent is way to much for it.

I think huge community entered etn just due to hype and fomo there was initially good chance to make profit when it reached 20 cents in no time, but now hodlers are all under stress because price has only been tanking, i think developers and team should be more proactive now and should market the project to find real sustainable and practical partnerships that can make the future bright for etn.

I would say that it will go down to 0.0000000000000001$ after its hard fork fiasko,electroneum is consider a joke in crypto world and i strongly suggest to you guys to stay away from it if you dont want to lose your precious money

This might be possible in 3yrs time not this year. ETN is a good project but without the right publicity and hype, it can't move further than its now. The team has a lot of work to do. If TRX is yet to climb 1$ with all the hype and still listed on binance. ETN has a long way to go before hitting the right spot.

I doubt it will be $1 at this years because to much red color on all cryptocurency market ATM. Im still hold few amount of etn but for me this coin are just like to much overhype at the beginning. the $1 price level are still to far from this project, Im just happy if it could reach usd 0,1 level again.

I believe if the founder and the organizers re consistent in promoting the coin am sure before the end of 2018 its should have gained some strength, because have been seeing it also in some exchange platforms.

There are better, more secure cryptocoins in the market than Electroneum. This project is maintained by incompetent developers who do not know what they're doing.

As part of ethereum community, the best thing of forecast in price this 2018 can be an unpredictable value. Some might speculate that fhe price will be closer to bitcoin, but in reality the difference was really big. We all knew eth is a trusted coin, but before we'll end this year 2018 I think the price will not be more that $2000 in the market.

In my opinion Electroneum is a proper example for a shitcoin.
No usecase, no developement, no product, it is useless for the cryptoworld and will be going to zero.

I don't know the expectation has not materialized, I'm one of the people who is still hoping that Electroneum will live up as one of the best coin in the market although I made a lot of profit here since the Ico price is only 1 cents and since I'm one of the early investors, I have additional income out of it, still holding this coin and still hoping.

The coin Electneum does not give much hore, l will be honest, the project itself is very weak. There are a lot of such projects, there are no features, in it.

They should use some of that ico money to hire competent developers. Marketing part they've got covered pretty well.
A dollar in any scenario is too optimistic imo.

That hype was gone and imagine everyday there is a new ico that has been hype or a coin. It depends only on eletroneum team if they will release that can be a blast again for investors and greedy profit traders that can make noise to make this coin pump. $1 seems impossible for me now.

Electroenum was once having such a hype that is being enjoyed by ripple right now. So any expectations, stakes and investment was made on Ethereum and it was one of the hottest coin. But the influence has declined gradually. This was because of the sudden shut down of the wallet and so many unconfirmed transactions. The price may reach by $1 but i do not have very high expectations now as it has lost its reputation.
