Sounds like a terrible idea to me. So it'll probably be a huge success (I'm constantly amazed at the stupid things people do with their money). I think the benefit to the consumer is that other people have also paid to lower the price, so while you are paying 80 cents to lower it 50 cents, it may have already been lowered $20.Sounds like a terrible idea to me.
