It's not another Local Bitcoins or similar P2P exchange, where people place and match with peers advertisements.
 And it's not an online broker exchange service. It's smth wholly deferent -)

By using our platform, people (or companies) can trade any crypto to crypto or crypto to any fiat by using Auctions!

Each auction (or instrument) is a unique combination of:
- Country,
- Base cryptocurrency,
- Quote currency, and
- Payment method.
For example, {USA - BTC/USD - Bank of America}

Such concept of encapsulating county, base/quote currency, and payment method into unique tradable instrument
allowed us to provide the following basic features already tested in MVP (ready on 90%):

1) Order placement.
People can trade instruments in non-stop, simultaneous two-sided auctions having order books with 10 level market depth.

The result we will get the platform which has:
- the pros of favorite exchanges (Bitfinex, Kraken, CEX, etc.) like the ability to trade on the order books, seeing market depth, getting price alerts, etc. and,
- the pros of P2P exchanges, when you just pay for the fiat money transfer to a counterparty (a person like you) and avoid any other intermediary.
- unlimited scalability options allowing to trade any crypto asset or its derivative in p2p, b2b, dark pool order books mode, get and provide loans, infrustructure for 3rd party token sales and many more other applications.

The revenue will come from:
1) Subscription Fees (only if you trade >100k)
2) Add-ons
3) interest fees

1.
We will set subscription fees on a tiered basis (Standard, Premium and Enterprise).
The amount of a subscription fee will depend on the user’s monthly volume of trade.
There will be no fee for users whose monthly trading volume is below $100,000 equivalent.

2. Add-ons will be including one-time consumable services like creation of an exclusive Order Book
for other start-up's token sale or listings.
Ordinary users also could make one-time acquisitions of some special tools.

3. Traders would be allowed to utilize their crypto-assets held on the accounts for leverage and marginal trading.
Some rollover fee (interest) will be charged for that.

Is an interesting idea, I saw that you show your faces what is already very good to win the confidence of customers. I'll add things you should think about having:

1 - you must have physical office in real life, because with this people will have a place to complain in case they have a serious problem

2 - you must have a phone number, because this also helps if someone needs urgent help

3 - you must have enough staff to answer support tickets

1. One office will be opened in Hong Kong (the company had already been registered there). And one more will be opened in Ireland or Swiss after ICO.

2. Contact phone will be added during next week as well as an EV SSL certificate and D.U.N.S seal (later) proving our reliability.

That's interesting but I don't think the comparison between an exchange and localbitcoins is fair. Order matching on localbitcoins is non-existent because basically, participants will pick the individual that can serve them better. Other variables are all based on the utility a buyer can get from the seller whereas in exchanges order matching would simply be the best price from the orderbook,

YES! you are right! We also think so!

This is why in our exchange people also could trade any crypto for another crypto in seconds with NO FEES, using instruments like
[SWAP - cryptocurrency / cryptocurrency - SWAP].  We just use SWAP symbol to replace county and method of payment.

We compare with Localbitcoins because we also don't touch users' fiat money. And as Localbitoins, we provide a marketplace for people who want to exchange with other peers directly. 

You are right, saying that on Localbitcoins participants pick the individual that can serve them better. It works like a big advertisement marketplace.

One of the main drawbacks of such marketplace is that each user must post its ads fully describing conditions how he/she sell/buy and another person must read all these shit =) here is the example

Instead of this, we match not users but their trading orders that already contain all predefined conditions for the successful transaction. So no need to waste time on additional negotiations with the counterparty.

To be more specific we:
- standardize all transactions (no need to write/read long ads posts)
- empower each instrument with Price Charting tool, so that people could quickly make price predictions for the required Instrument.
- create Order Book for each Instrument so that people could bargain on price in real-time (AUCTION)
- create the tools for price alerts and notifications
- create scanning tools,
- and many many other tools can be added  - no limits! 

Non-one P2P crypto-fiat exchange can do what we offer.

In this thread, there is no mention to the upcoming ICO as described in the roadmap. The Alpha release is sheduled after the Pre-sale but what if you didn't reach your cap? Then the release of the prototype will be postponed after the main sale?
I found aother thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2799867.0 posted two months ago so why not just updating it instead of making a new one? As it's time to be active in different channels that are not active at all.

It is really spoon-feed the users with lot of facilities provided, but I concern with these things :
1. If revenues are coming from big amount subscription fee which I believe rare then revenue will not be in big amount, so how is the benefit and potential profit to the investors? one channel for successful ICO can be predicted from how big the profit to be gained to the investors who is hunting then will hold your coins/tokens
2. As there is planned to use SWAP, I think it is avoided by other exchanges as their fees will be cut significantly. So how is the exchange of your tokens if lot of exchanges are not interested to list your tokens?

Your questions are fair.

1. The size of the TOKPIE tokenomics or you can call it "GDP of the platform" (the amount of all revenue nominated, e.g., in USD) is one of the two keys factors, which determines the price of the token. Another primary factor is velocity and inflation (zero inflation for TOKPIE tokens because its number is limited).

So, the GDP of the TOKPIE platform will be consisting of the following revenue sources:
1. Subscription fees.
2. Add-ons sales
3. Interest earnings.

The subscription fee is a win-win condition for both: the platform and high-volume traders (HVT).
The platform is benefiting from high liquidity provided by HTCs, which attracts more and more users. New users, in turn, attract more HVTs. The result we get the big point of attraction for any traders!
HTCs are benefiting from the lowest transactional costs in the market. For example, a subscription fee 90 US dollar equivalent per month is better for a trader who would pay minimum 300 USD in any centralized exchange for the trade volume about 300 000 USD. For example, when we attract first 100k users, and 10% of them will be HTC, this gives about 10k x $90 = $900 000/mo = $10 800 000/year. Not bad for overall GDP.

We predict that add-ons will give about $240k US dollar equivalent at the end of the second year of operations. Most of this revenue will come from start-ups wishing to organize their token sales and / or to be listed on our platform. Taking in mind, that current fee for the listing varies from $20k to $1mln and the number of new ICO is growing, we could be very competitive in that market.  

Interests earnings include a "rollover" fee paid by traders who want to use leverage or marginal trading for making p2p transactions. The average interest rate charged by centralized exchanges for such operations is about 22-25%. We will offer 15%, and expect to receive approximately $720k at the end of the second year of working.

Low Velocity will be obtained by the offering access to the special sections of the platform (dark pool order books, b2b order books, derivatives trading, lending, etc.) only to users who have the minimal number (will be determined later) of TOKPIE tokens on its balances.


2. SWAP (or the ability to exchange crypto-assets to other crypto-assets) is crucial for our model and mission - make crypto assets available everywhere to everyone! Besides, the concept and algorithms of the platform allow us to add the unlimited number of different digital assets. It's a matter of time and servers' capacity when we add all of them.

You are right! The UI upgrade included in our Road Map!
But you should know that UI is only the cover and not the core value. So we need to show and test with people the capabilities of the platform, add, remove, upgrade smth. And only then cover all of this with the excellent user interface.

I think that there would be growth issues in this model. On paper, it looks doable (and different). But there are some usability changes.

Exchanges are "fast". Auctions are "slow". There is a reason why eBay cant grow (Not exactly the same thing, but you got the point).

We what to allow people to reach consensus (demand/supply) on price through bargaining on it in auctions.

Adding such gamification to the support function will help TOKPIE to increase the platform adoption rate by stimulating thousands of traders of different languages to sign up, become experienced users and earn tokens for helping newcomers.

High rating score will also allow a user to get the access to lower p2p loans and leverage interest rates and some other functionalities.
