Trading fee on yobit is 0.20% so you will get 20% of 0.20% of your referral purchase. If he have bought small amount of ETH than your commission might be very small which might not be showing on your balance. I don't know much about when they will add ref commission because I am not one of their affiliate. Trade with caution on yobit....
