i'm noop in DPOS. i have ~3k Decent. can i get some rewards from it?

In Graphene DPoS only active witnesses are compensated for this service. We keep all the mining rewards.

We need to be among the most voted witnesses everyday to maintain our active (mining) position, so reputation is really crucial.

You do not need to trust me as a pool admin if you don't want to. All you need to believe is that I am not stupid. Game theory ;)

Besides, I have built my reputation over 3 years in the crypto community and I have made it to the active witnesses list with a flawless reputation. That's how I made it among the ones in charge of validation and consensus with the other witnesses.

We've just successfully achieved the target for the first pool and ETH have been delivered to the company.
The second pool is open until tomorrow (Friday).
