Paypal lives by fees and so will do all in their power to squeeze every single drop that they can get. You'd get red flag right away if you pursue a large transaction.

You being such a veteran with paypal and all, you should know that they will support the buyer, if you called them and claimed your account was hacked, they'll probably go on your side, ESPECIALLY with a transaction that big.
