Interesting. Assuming a per kilo price of 43300 USD today, 100 BTC would be just about 20 kilos of gold (20k grams). How exactly do you want that much gold delivered to you if you are not interested in travelling to Dubai? The logistics of paying you that much gold is what I mean.

Depeding where you want to be sent it might be sent at not so high prices. Taxes for gold won't be as big as bank transfer where you will need to declare it and god knows how make taxes are.

Usually this kind of meetings are sold with 6-12%(+) for the seller. So it is very profitable, only if it is inside your own country.

I do not think that people who have more than 100btc are here looking to sell them, they are already living the good life

If you have a job and you win exactly how much you need for an acceptable life, normal food and everything, do you fight for a promotion? Why? When you'll increase your salary you won't buy from h&m anymore, you will buy a bigger house, have more women, more fun and so on.

Why would you sell 100BTC for gold at a discount rate when you can buy gold directly with bitcoin from a dealer?

If you want to deal face to face you will need to find someone who's in Dubai, I doubt forum members have 100 BTC in stock at once.
Are you willing to buy Bitcoins from many different sellers?
I'd be easier to buy 5 BTCs at one time, might take longer but guaranteed that someone in here has that many in stock.

If not, you can go to Localbitcoins and find sellers in Dubai that willing to deal face to face.

In any cases -5% is way too much. The discount is equivalent with free bitcoins. I don't think someone will want to sell at such a price.

Thats nice idea. But it takes long time to find more sellers. There are lot of big sellers in dubai. Now looking to buy more then 100 btc, but in dubai :D
