I remember gox only had withdrawal problem. I have never traded there, but the horror stories around here indicate that they can be a real hassle to deal with.

Are you able to just use any USD balance to buy coins and send the bitcoins to another address where you can cashout from?

You must be ID validated though to make even BTC withdrawal thanks for the quick reply, am I able to trade a bit, like lets say I have 1 bit coin, sell it for cash, wait for price to drop, buy at lower price more than 1 bitcoin, then cash out those multiple bitcoins? or as soon as you carry a balance does it try to send to a bank account or disallow you to send bitcoins later? i am just so disappointed by this whole thing.
