Title: EK Commando Model 4, military style ammo/pistol vest
Post by: sega01 on October 27, 2013, 03:15:13 PM
Hey everyone,

I trade with Bitcoin, bullion, or dollars in person. Base price is in dollars. Bitcoin asking price is based off of the MTGox weighted average, minus 10%. Bullion is 5% off that. But, I'm flexible and open to any offers you may have.

AR-15 with ammunition and accessories: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=170603.0 - $1200

I am selling a EK Model 4 carbon steel knife. The same one in this auction: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=147399.0 - $150

I cut off the paracord loop to make it more streamlined should I ever need to use it. Aside from that, it's basically identical to the pictures in that ad.

Army jacket with magazine and pistol holster. Very nice quality. Not quite sure on the sizing, seems fairly flexible as a medium or large. - $30

Thank you,
Teran

I'm interested in the EK Knife -- any reason you are letting go of it in particular?

Thank you for your interest! It's a very nice knife, but for me it's not worth my while to keep. It's fairly large, especially with the sheath. I have a one-sided knife that's more practical (this one is sharpened specifically well for stabbing and does not have much utility beyond that), although as a trade off, not as good for self defense. To be frank, I'd trust some kitchen knives almost as much due to the sharpness and pointiness of them if  could ever find a sheath for such. EK makes wonderful knives, although this one was in a bit of a gray area for the company. Still, I don't think the quality has suffered and I love carbon steel. If I were to pick up another EK, I would probably go for a somewhat smaller knife without the crossbar and a smaller sheath. I'm willing to let this one go for less considering all of that.

I can ship this knife domestically. PM me if you are still interested and we can make a deal.

Thanks again,
Teran

Shame I don't live in texas, I would've taken that AR off your hands.

Bump. All items still for sale. Can ship the knife if desired, not the guns and probably not the ammo.

Thanks!

Hi Dalkore,

Here are a couple pictures:

I've not noticed a tag on the vest, but I believe it is a medium or a large.

Thanks,
Teran
