It is up to you to give any tips you want. If it's free, you can even give nothing. I would say that for a 0.12 btc transaction, 0.01 btc fee would be fine/enough, but it's up to you. It would be nice if you sent a 0.05 BTC fee for a 1BTC transaction, but it is totally up to you... I am in the process of create a 100% free escrow service, but it will be finished a long time from now! |
