1. I sent a mail to david marcus & excutive office, mentioned that the BFL violated the ToS of pre-order sales and still not shipping my order. I still have a mail that the BFL said like "we will likely ship sometime in August, sooner if possible." on April. If I'm going to charge them for violating the ToS of Pre-order sales, how many chance do I got? |
