Title: How do I get my refund from the BFL/Paypal?
Post by: sink on October 27, 2013, 09:36:10 PM
Well, I'm tired to wait for this scammer who said they will ship to me in August that they told me at 15 April. >:(

Anyone knows how I can get my refund from them? I paid them with the Paypal.

I don't know how it works and if it is possible.
But you can read: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=295187.0

Or search other threads regarding that issue.

But why did not you try before?

True, getting BFL refund from paypal is easiest.

Only Bank wire and BTC orders might be problematic to get money back

:( Maybe try contacting BFL and see if they will nicely send you your money back. Have you tried starting a dispute with your BANK saying that you never got your stuff? It might work!!!

Status from the paypal:

1. I sent a mail to david marcus & excutive office, mentioned that the BFL violated the ToS of pre-order sales and still not shipping my order. But they just reply me like this:

--------------------------
After a thorough review of your claim, we have determined we cannot continue with this investigation because your complaint was filed 45 or more days after the original transaction date.

In order to prevent a similar issue in the future, you are able to learn more about how we investigate transaction problems by clicking “Legal Agreements” at the bottom of any PayPal page, then click “PayPal User Agreement.”

You can find additional information and tips about buying and selling safely on our Business Resource Center at https://www.paypal-businesscenter.com/manage-your-business.

You are a valued customer and we are sorry we were not able to meet your needs.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation regarding this matter.

Sincerely.
--------------------------
Screw this, I made a contact to my CC company and they said they will send me some form to me first.

2. Does anyone knows about the Law here? I still have a mail that the BFL said like "we will likely ship sometime in August, sooner if possible." on April.
If I'm going to charge them for violating the ToS of Pre-order sales, how many chance do I got?
