Title: What type of US 240V outlet should I have installed? Post by: FoolFully on March 26, 2018, 10:43:59 AM I’m having a 240 outlet installed in my garage for a level 2 charger - either NEMA 14-50R or 6-50 depending on the charger I decide. I’m also having additional outlet installed for a future big rig.
What 240 outlet should I have installed for the future rig? Title: Re: What type of US 240V outlet should I have installed? Post by: FoolFully on March 27, 2018, 11:44:42 PM What type 240 outlets does everyone else use in US? Say I want to use the new 220 evga that’s being released soon. What outlet do I get for that?

I got 6-20 outlets installed. Whatever you get installed, make sure you can get hold of psu power cable with that plug type. And the EVGA 2200 will not have a standard C13 on the psu side for sure.
