Post by: manji on March 27, 2018, 06:34:39 AM you can do mining XMR using CPU but I doubt whether you can get a profit because of that coin difficulty is hight if used a CPU. and if you will try to dual mining be careful with a temperature and power consumptions.

They created their own algorithm and they want to bring back CPU mining and remove ASICs from the mining space. You should check them out, they got an announcement thread here on bitcointalk.
