Any meaningful analysis of the profitability of an ASIC requires you know when it will be delivered.  Given the dramatic rise in difficulty, time is of the essence when ordering any ASIC.  I'd like to start a thread to keep track of order dates and delivery times of ASICs from different vendors.  I'm very disappointed with butterfly labs I've seen people wait almost a year to get their hardware.  There are a few ASIC on amazon now which you can be guaranteed a speedy delivery, but I'm curious about vendors like monarch, knc, black arrow - how long will it take to get these?  You can order with some vendors and get a 'place in line', but this is not enough of a guarantee to me that they don't wait to release the cards until difficulty climbs.  I also worry they would give priority to customers making bulk orders.
