Title: Mark this account!
Post by: walonek on March 26, 2018, 09:13:15 PM
Can we mark in some sort account where the stolen bitcoins are?
He hacked into my account, exchanged money to BTC and send them there!
The whole exchanged value of 1.67968 lays there!
The thief who stole some of my money send them at some address and they STILL are THERE!

Make him do not use that money! Make him suffer as he made me! Bitcoin has the power of INVIGILATION of THEFTS!!

This fucker address: 19nzvCCdUKocHLw7jmpG8V5ar81ipzCciB

You can keep tracking it on the blockchain, until it hits a mixer.

That's not how Bitcoin works. All transfers are final, good or bad.

I guess you already know that bitcoin address has no name and irreversible. How can we make him suffer then?

You can track it as long as you want but I'm sure that that guy who hacks you is not that stupid so I'm sure that he will moved it to a tumbling service then split up your coins. Which means goodbye. Sorry to burst the bubble for you. I just do hope that you learn your lesson and next time try to secure your wallet and private key.

How do you know it is mixer address ? Used two times in two days ? Still BTC there ? LOL... This is not how mixers work!

The fucker did not stole BTC! The fucker stole money. He hacked into account, then he exchanged them to BTC and send to that above adress!

How did he steal your funds? Are you sure you have no flaws doing transactions to that address? I think you did not double check the information you give and there he got an opportunity to steal your funds. Just better luck next time.

Nope for sure! Hacked the email. Restored the password for exchange. Exchanged the money to BTC and SEND to THAT ADDRESS! FOR 100%. Confirmed with the exchange!

I ignored the word "account", but I'll explain it anyway: Bitcoin doesn't have "accounts", only addresses. There's nothing to mark. The only way to do that would be through a hard fork that marks this specific address as "do not use", and that goes against everything Bitcoin stands for.
Bitcoin is irreversible by design, it's not a shortcoming, it's intentional.

No. You can't but you can track your stolen bitcoins by watch the address and and see if what can do next unfortunately unlike paypal that can reverse some transactions if found fraudulent Next time don't click and suspicious links that can be the cause why your bitcoins were stolen and secure your wallet and private key don't let anyone know your private key.

I am sorry to read about what happened to you.  Truthfully though, if an individual knows how to tumble coins he can scramble those coins at any time.  It takes a few minutes to make them vanish from trace.  As far as Gov powers go, 1.7 coins is no Silkroad.  They aren't going to pause over 1.7 ish BTC.

Oh i'm sorry about your loses, Whether it's good or bad it's always there we don't have any private key to access his account. the next time you log in again into your account make sure you double check the address before sending amount sometimes people send numerous private key and getting hack.
