I have had the weekend from hell. Nearly killed myself by accident when I was giving my insulin and had a quick stay in the hospital that could have been longer if I wasnt quick thinking. And then I had my business partner run off with a majority of my hardware.

Without going into full detail, I had to ask him to pull some gpu's from a rig we have a few days before a contract ended and move the miners over to a different rig so we could sell them and I could buy a new 5 slot board and pay some rent. Well less than 30 min later all the machines are down according to logmein. No answer to my calls. Went to his place, no answer. Not the best part of town either.

After a bit of research that I should have done a while ago, I find that one customer has been out for a few days, another 2 haven't revived their packages and now it looks like another wouldnt get his if I didnt notice something was wrong.

So for the immediate future, I will no longer be taking any new mining contracts. I will not be selling any new hardware. I will be possibly be making a purchase or two to rememdy this situation.
If you were affected by this, I have most likely already been in contact with you and you are aware and working with me to fix all of this. I appologise to you and the bitcoin community for  my ignorance and recklessness in the matter and hope to be back to my former presence here in the community shortly.

Also, I know it get said way to often about beware of who you deal with on her. Also make sure you know who you are dealing with out beyond the forums as well in you day to day life. This was someone I had met on Craigslist from a sale and really took a liking to because he reminding me of my self a few years back when I was younger. I dont have much in this world and neither did he and I thought we could help each other get a little money out of this. In the end, heartbreak.

One more thing. Going back to the top of my post. If anyone has test strips for a Nova Max or a Bd Logic Blood Glucose Monitor, I would like to buy strips with coins. I have only 1.5 btc if that. let me know.

Also, Eggcellent stole 3.5 btc that I was payed to purchase a copy a copy of AC3 for my roommate. Comfirmed scamer. 

just wanted to state that all holder of my mining contracts with the exception of one who I have spoke to, should not have noticed any drop in performance. Your miners are hosted in house on my remaining personal hardware. My roommate who only bought a nice gaming rig he earned off of mining with only 600mhs for a long time, is helping with his PERSONAL computer, as am I to meet our contracts.
The 300mhs for life is still valid and will be honored for all current clients as promised. Contract however will not be renewed at completion.

shiit, I have type 1 diabetes as well. I know its a beotch had it for 24 years. Good call on the quick thinking, I accidently overdosed on my 24 hour insulin just last week. Which inst as bad because its slow acting its like fuck! now I gotta watch my sugar for the next 24 hours but if you go low at least you have time to react. Humalog gives you about 30 min and apidra only 15. I use one touch ultra only otherwise I'd sell you some strips. As for the business partner, you know his name? where he lived? You can probably file a police report. He can only go so many places.

Yes, I did add you to that list and I do appologise to you for not beliving you. After everything, i have lost around 1500 in hardware, and about 850 in hardware that was supposedly mailed but most likely stolen instead.

Edit: Totals are 7 5830's and 3 5870's. Not counting motherboards and cpus.

Ive been diabetic for over 20 years and on a pump, and the pump gave almost 50 units in 5 seconds. Ripped it out before it got all the way in.
As far as the police report goes. All I really have is a first name and a guess or two on the last. Not even sure on the spelling. And what I am sure is a skype line or something like that. Im going to speak with some friends in the morning and see what can be done. I had all his info on a computer that died from a bad 1x connector and I didnt bother backing up stuff because Im young dumb and stupid.

If you have an address, his name might be on the lease? Or at least someone who knows his real name.

Ouch that sucks i have type 2 diabetes but i dont take insulin just on metformin and it stays around 120 and after all the horror storys on this forum id never buy any hardware with money or bitcoins only virtual stuff from trusted members.

dam that sucks i have had good dealings whit you shakaru and it sucks in thsi day and age you have to be so dam cafule who you trust and have the mind set every one is out to scam you unless found otherwise.

I would like to thank everyone for their kind words and offers. Last night when I started writing all of this I had to stop a few times because I was so upset that I was shaking to much to type. However, received so many kind words and bits of advice that I was able to find some sleep last night. So thank you all once again.

I have recived a few offers from both friends and well wishers about offering assistance in repaying back the people who were unknowingly hurt in all of this. Right now I am not accepting anything, but if you would like to help, you can always offer. Saw someone posted. This was beyond just meeting in a public place, this was I had worked with him a good while before this problem occurred. Im letting the authorities handle this now and anxiously awaiting an update. If I hear anything, I will post it in the post.

I got ripped off $100 trying to buy some stuff from a guy I thought was my friend. Fucking backstabbing little shithead. I worked with him for over 6 months at McDonald's before this happened.

Bitcoin is full of scammers, I've been scammed twice with paypal reversals from two different people in a row, and to begin the only reason I was selling the bitcoins was because another deal I tried to get on here ended up being a scam lol. I seriously think about 1 outta 10 posts on here are scams. There are honest people I've traded with though. I should start a bitcoin collection agency  :D
