If you had to ask me how you would describe the life of an everyday hodler, I would certainly answer you to look at the life of a horse that pulls the carriage around the city all day.
Yeah, actually it seems to be so, a horse that can not see left or right but only forward because of the immense blinders, that does not hear noises or words because of the ear muffs and that, despite the whips, traffic, heat or cold, it continues along its way, completing its objectives to carry around people.

let's analyze the elements better:
- Horse: Hodler
- Earmuffs: ability not to hear market noises / fud or news, whether good or bad.
- Blinders: ability not to see the trendline in continuous decline and not see the constant collapse of the market.
- Carriage: The load, or the commitment that we have taken, in this case is represented by BTC.

And you, how would you describe the life of a hodler?

Since you've started it with a picture, let me tell you my opinion also with one:

Let's also analyze the elements better:  ;D

a) holder, human enjoying his nap with no worries
b) pillow, bitcoin, giving you the best and most comfortable sleep ever
c) dreams, useless stuff nowadays since by hodling you can make most of them come true in RL

How exactly does the horse represent the holder? When we all know horses at that situation is controlled and manipulated by the driver/owner. Earmuffs? When a holder does hear the clamor, but ignore it for he trust bitcoin more than anything else. Blinders? We have seen the chart, why not compare it last year at the same month. Do you think we have low price?
I think your confused, a dog is best example of a holder. Just keep waiting for a blessing. A mans best friend like bitcoin.

The only difference is that horse is not in control of his actions. He must not hear, or see because that was the order. A hodler has decided, after mulling over, that he will set aside a portion of his money and will not let anything he see or hear make him doubt the correctness of his decision.

Likening an holder to an horse would sound very insulting to me because it would mean someone is in charge of the horse directing it to where his going because an horse does not even have an objective of its own but rather the objective of the rider who he is bent in accomplishing despite the challenges along the way and at the end of the day, what does the horse get, a fraction of what he is to accomplish or nothing at all. A case is horse used for battle or bet on to make a race, what do they get, they are fed then locked in the stable to be released when their services is required.

On the other hand, I would agree to what @stompix described an holder as because that portrays what I have in mind as whatever happen during his bed time(which could be the FUD, the crash, the cartel or money bags doing their thing) does not move him. He wakes up then make a decision.
