Deedcoin closed the first real estate transaction using DEED on March 8, 2018. The buyer received a rebate of $3,780 at closing by using 20 Deed that was purchased for $30.

Well done. Nice to see an ICO actually perform in the real marketplace. With all the chatter about the dip with Bitcoin it is great to see some good news out there with a company directly benefitting the end user. I'm anxious to see how things progress with Deedcoin.

Well done. Nice to see an ICO actually perform in the real marketplace. With all the chatter about the dip with Bitcoin it is great to see some good news out there with a company directly benefitting the end user. I'm anxious to see how things progress with Deedcoin.
An ICO that truly benefits the end user is refreshing. The large national brokerages can't be thrilled about Deedcoin's concept. It seems like homeowners would jump at the chance to save money on their transaction. It can account for thousands of dollars. The days of paying a robust 6% commission seems to be a thing of the past.
