WHAT IS VEREUM?

Vereum is an open blockchain platform that lets anyone build and use decentralised
applications that run on blockchain technology. Like Bitcoin, no one controls or owns VEREUM
– it is an open-source project built by many people around the world. But unlike the Bitcoin
protocol, VEREUM was designed to be adaptable and flexible. It is easy to create new

WHAT IS VEREUM VMC22 AND VEREUM JELLY?

VMC22 is a cryptocurrency algorithm based on Vereum jelly VMC22 coins are all based on the
vereumjelly technology and can be adopted by anyone. It shares one API that can be modified
by anyone that uses VEREUM to build applications and coins. This API will also be given to
major exchanges, and you can share the public API to any website so your coin built with
VMC22 technology can be shared with everyone, and they can start accepting your payments
anywhere on the web or even implement your coin to your website.
All of the applications and coins that are built on the VMC22 technology are 100%
decentralised, how do we know that they are decentralised? Because all code is 100% open
source and you can review it on GitHub for yourself, however, people can modify their coins
however they wish so you must do your research before using a coin built by anyone on the
VEREUM platform. Vereumjelly is an update to the VEREUM platform. It includes faster node
sync and bug fixes (update: vereumjelly is stable to use) We have been testing vereumjelly for 3
months before our ICO to ensure a smooth launch of our platform and coin.

Do you already have ideas that you want to develop on vereum? Maybe you need help and some funds to bring them to life, but who would lend money to someone they don’t trust?

Using vereum, you can create a contract that will hold a contributor's money until any given date or goal is reached. Depending on the outcome, the funds will either be released to the project owners or safely returned back to the contributors. All of this is possible without requiring a centralized arbitrator, clearinghouse or having to trust anyone. You can even use the coin you created earlier to keep track of the distribution of rewards.



The ICO will be subdivided into four main phases. The first is the Pre-ICO where 20 million VRM
coins will be available for sale at a price if $0.05. This will be the biggest discount. This shifts to
the 1st Phase of the ICO where 25 million VRM coins will be available at $0.22 per coin. In the
second phases of the ICO, 25 Million VRM will be available at the cost of $0.35per coin. In the
3rd phase, there will be another 25 million VRM coins available, but this will cost $0.44 per coin.
The total amount that the ICO aims to raise is $21,200,000. This is the hard cap.



The funds raised during the ICO will be used in the following way. From the proceeds, 32
percent will be used for development of the blockchain and the other Verium offerings. 24
percent will be used for promotion of the platform to businesses. An additional 12 percent will be
used in boosting the security of the blockchain. 16 percent will be allocated to the team while
another 16 percent will be reserved for any additional expenses that may crop up.

But, I would like to receive more detailed technical information and the coin itself in the form of well-designed white paper and in the form of providing information about the team, supporting the coin, exchanges, and otherwise it looks like some disrespect to investors.

If Vereum is being marketed as the new Ethereum what are the advantages of Vereum over Ethereum? Can you also provide more detailed information on VMC22 and vereumjelly as the whitepaper does not have much technical details regarding them.

Great question! Ethereum network has issues scaling transactions, the Ethereum blockchain currently supports roughly 15 transactions per second which is not good for the future of the network, as more and more coins are created daily the slower the network will get, Vereum however creates mini blockchains based just like bitcoin allowing members to host their own nodes for their coins and not putting load on the vereum network, as more and more people join vereum the chain will get stronger and faster as we will have 100's of thousands of servers supporting us rather than 100's of thousands of servers relying on us. Not only that VMC22 coins will be able to use a public API to accept payments on their own website.

We have setup a guide on how to setup your own blockchain after you create a vmc22 coin links are below to both the coin maker and the compiler. Great ICO and project worthy of participating. if it can solve chalenges facing the ethereum blockchain , especially speed of transactions and deployment of decentralised applications, then it would be worthy of participating. there are other projects as well that are struggling to come up with a better ethereum like blockchain, the one that will be in a position to succeed in this endeavour wil go far.

-Where's the ROADMAP?

Funny how your whitepaper says:
The supply of VERIUM COINS WILL RISE (LOL), and YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE A PROFIT from the purchase you make during the Pre-ICO and ICO period.
How will the price rise? Each time someone uses the network, they will pay a fee in VRM coins this will return to the network to keep it stable and fast leaving less supply of VRM coins resulting a higher price. Not only that, VRM coins will be exchanged on major exchanges including our own resulting in a higher price of a VRM coin.

Do you promise a profit already? Are you also planning on building you own exchange which obviously will be a "major" one? That's what i get from your statements.

What are the nodes for this coin? My wallet is not syncing.

Thank you but my wallet is still not syncing. I tried all the typical stuff of deleting everything except the .conf and wallet.dat files and restarting, but nothing is working. I also tried three different computers and in node of them could it sync. It's still showing 5 days behind.

Here is my debug.log. Here I notice that the time is set two hours earlier than my actual time. Time on the computer is nevertheless set correctly and in the wallet's debug window time is also shown correctly. with 'getinfo' I get 'timeoffset=0', which is good. Any ideas?:

I am afraid I cannot be of any help. I have barely a couple of mhs. So what is the solution? I have to mine that block for one year?? Or just wait for the next wallet release, probably.

block 308 was stuck. difg block 4xx. it should be change to the next block for 1 hours for 1GH hash. Vereum team should be check the server chain. its impossible to mine / doing masternode if the block never change.

Yeah i'm affraid...If you see all the message the "community manager" of vereum didn't answer anymore, twitter account is inactive since 10th of may. The telegram group same thing, facebook group since the 20th of may. Last night i've looked up the official vereum page and it was like 12M coin sold (for approx 10031 registered) and magicly this morning it was 23M and sold out with 17000 peps registered.
