In everyone's opinions (yes, I know all cards are different), what's been your optimal settings for "power savings" and performance?

All the cards are different :) much depends on the algorithm, some will often errors due to lack of power, and the other can safely put 75% and not lose hashrate.

For example, Neoscrypt and Equihash.

For Equihash, on different models 1080 ti, do 740 - 760 sol and 90% power, but I am a supporter of stable work, because it is not always possible to monitor. Neoscrypt I use not often, in my opinion for 1080ti it is not very stable.

MSI 1080ti Gaming

90% tdp
+50% core
+550% mem
80% fan
~65c

The best I've seen my cards do is 781sol although they tend to hang around the 760's.

Edit: I don't really care about power usage, I pay $.0533 cents per kwh.

Depends on what you coin you are mining. I have an EVGA 1080ti with a Micron memory. For memory clock intensive coins, i use the following settings:

Power: 80%
Core: +50
Memory: +400
