Title: How to be selected create ANN / Bounty thread? So I do not understand how to do post ANN / Bounty? What are the requirements for these topics? Thank you!

Just Newbies can't post images, unless they have Copper Membership. You need images in order to make eye-catching ANN. There are no certain requirements for these topics, it only shouldn't break any of forum rules. But if you want to make nice and professional ANN and you don't know how to do that, you can hire designer and he will create layout of your ANN post. Bounty threads aren't neccessary need to have images, you can write it in plain text. OP, copy-paste a random ICO announcement, whitepaper and their bounty thread. replace the names with a random name. doing this with more ICOs would increase your chance. getting no merits for your accounts? do this instead.
