Graviex exchange is good. But the next exchange should be taken into account is Crypto-bridge, new DEX on Bitshares ecosystem that took much attention recently. I have checked it with several deposits and withdrawals, perfectly without technical issues, at least till now.

How long before mining goes to 25%?  Network hash rate is pretty low, not much incentive for miners.

so we have to wait until block 20k to get higher reward? I do mining in web pool for 24 hours only get 15 coins from mining, this is very tiring
