Post by: JohnyBigs on October 31, 2013, 02:58:04 PM
so no surprise that sam deleted my posts and Alberto deleted his message with labcoin team phone number.

here is a repost with screen shoot from deleted page

Hello SAM,

time to comfirm you are not alberto armandi and you have bought labcoin from him and he is not involved with labcoin any more.

                                                                               http://s6.postimg.org/lia4yf3sh/labcoin_team_skype.png

the italian number is the same as alberto armandi uses on this page:

http://s6.postimg.org/o3g65ba41/labcoin_team_is_alberto.png

from that page:

Inserito da alberto.armandi il 08/09/2013

blablabla...

il mio numero è 3886274142. Ciao!

take away country code from labcoin teams italian number and is a match

LABCOIN TEAM = ALBERTO ARMANDI

SAM = ?

and this was also deleted

<agath> who are you?
<route69> Fabrizio Tatti
<route69> the owner of iTec Pro Limited, behind Labcoin
<route69> this is the official presentation, here I am writing, but with the name of the nominee director (Samuel Noi) that I took the company in Hong Kong
<route69> because I want to avoid direct exposure, various risks, etc.

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1nke2k/an_overview_and_update_of_the_labcoin_scam/ <--Alot of useful information

As revealed on Labcoin IRC (credit goes to virtuals), labcoin.com and enso-now.com (Alberto's company) share the same IP.

https://i.imgur.com/WV36xxu.png

Furthermore, "Sam" was able to edit labcoin.com when asked by TheSeven to remove all references to his name. (thanks to radiumsoup for pointing that out)

Draw your own conclusions.

I want to investigate JohnyBigs the scammer who told everyone to buy (his) Labcoin shares for weeks, and still as of today said you could get a return for your investment.

Also, ReSeRvEd!!!111

I still own all my shares you dumb fuck. I want to sell my shares at a high price, so I made a Labcoin scam thread, again George you fail at logics.

I am taking over the ritual of posting BitchCycle's Daily Action Item Checklist, since he broke his promise to do it himself.

Quote
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=305686.0

It's been 35 days since this list was posted.

Unfortunately,

none of Sam's action items have been completed.

The list remains as it is.  I am including some suggestions added by the community, though it is important to note that these have not been agreed to by Mr. Noi.

I am PMing a reminder copy to Mr. Noi as soon as this is posted.

NOTES FROM THE Q&A

INCLUDING A TO-DO LIST FOR SAMUELE NOI.

I am PMing a copy of this to-do list to the Labcoin account as a reminder of the action items from this session.

I am also asking Mr. Noi to inform us when these items are completed.

Actions for the next 24 hours.

Skype session with Ukyo regarding Bitfunder listing
Posting to the forum the amount of BTC left in the company funds.
    Change pool to Eligius
Make the labcoin portfolio public on BTCT

Other actions to complete ASAP

Verification of ID.  A good start would be writing "I am Samuele Noi of Labcoin" and the date on a piece paper, and photograph yourself holding it.
Photos of the hosting facilities as well as the operational boards
Send a sample board to TheSeven.  This should be done immediately as the sooner he gets the board the sooner he can provide advice. Delays have a direct cost.
Exact power consumption figures for the chips/boards

Actions for the community to complete ASAP

Nominate a panel of community representatives to work closely with Samuele. This should be done immediately. We complain about delays from Sam, let's not do what we criticize him for.

- COMPLETED

Suggested additional items from the community

Meet with a shareholder in person in Shenzhen / Hong Kong. Lunch/coffee/tea meeting etc.  Merv77 has indicated that he will be in town and available Oct 23 - Nov 11. An in person meeting with a third party could soothe a lot of anxieties.
Provide a full accounting for all money spent so far.  A spreadsheet showing expenses and dates would be ideal.

THIS LIST WILL BE REPOSTED DAILY WITH ITEMS CHECKED OFF AS THEY ARE COMPLETED

Full Convo between alleged Alessia Tatti and some asic designer..

http://archive.is/p1fI5

Translated to english:

00:33] <agath> My name is Paolo Agazzone, I mine since March 2011, and last year I produced a cluster of 1800 Spartan6 LX150 miners based on ZTex design with a little tweaking
[00:33] <agath> ma sei italiano?
[00:33] <delaria> i am an old time miner, my name is Alessia Tatti, cool

[01:06] <delaria> it but in fact I've thought well I, I 've got the avalon now
[01:06] <delaria> here at home, so sti cabbage

[01:07] <delaria> fact, however, these avalon become obsolete in short, spend 700 bitcoins to 10,000 chips avalon I do not care now
[01:08] <delaria> I do not think that will be punctual deliveries, but maybe I crapped
[01:08] <delaria> I think the best thing is to focus on a technology from scratch
[01:08] <delaria> how we are doing
[01:08] <agath> do not know, however if you order the chips then you have to make the design of the PCB, mount it, etc etc. .. with all the risks involved ...
[01:08] <agath> not so much that you just stick them on a board with tape ..
[01:08] <delaria> and precisely ..
[01:08] <delaria> there are also large expenses
[01:08] <delaria> and risks ..
[01:09] <delaria> prefer to risk for a gain serious
[01:09] <delaria> 10,000 chips as they are 3 terahash?
[01:09] <delaria> maybe in September are not + nothing ..
[01:09] <delaria> another thing is if we have our mask-set ready
[01:09] <delaria> and make a run for 100,000 chips at 65nm
[01:09] <delaria> sure is to see tt
[01:10] <delaria> I'm talking purely in terms of investment
[01:10] <agath> even I have to go on ASIC assessed directly, but all the ways that I found were very expensive (about $ 700,000 without collateral to arrive at a result.) Then I found that Xilinx had proposed to take risks and be paid only goal achieved, but in the end he concluded. So I suspended the ASIC and FPGA I put on the new.
[01:10] <agath> are about 2.7 - 2.8 TH / d
[01:10] <agath> TH / s
[01:10] <delaria> understood, some good reasoning, I think we have found the right man in China with this one I was telling you
[01:11] <delaria> xche has connections with TSMC and also has a small factory where he works as a researcher at the University
[01:11] <delaria> as well as a team of locals there, who can help and joinare
[01:11] <agath> If you are reliable, very good.
[01:11] <delaria> not run the risk of some 700k dollars
[01:11] <delaria> be going to meet him in person obviously
[01:11] <delaria> I see with my own eyes the results
[01:12] <delaria> short, we join forces, something will be out
[01:12] <agath> usually not enough to join forces to release something, you must also work ;-)
[01:12] <agath> what do you do for a living?
[01:12] <delaria> and reliable hehe :)
[01:13] <delaria> work too, programming, web development
[01:13] <delaria> with my partner more than anything else
[01:13] <agath> have an activity?
[01:13] <agath> programming ... how?

...

[01:13] <delaria> we have a small company, but we just started
[01:14] <delaria> node.js / php stuff
[01:14] <delaria> web applications for companies, small sites
[01:14] <delaria> ecommerce, the usual
[01:14] <agath> so no assembly or C?
[01:14] <delaria> no nothing

...

[01:37] <delaria> ahahhahh ... if you feel ... well come on, do not even want to bother you over because tomorrow I have a commitment early in the morning, I leave everything to the Chinese written about news of the project
[01:38] <agath> aga@intercom.it <-
[01:38] <delaria> as we catch up, you'll always find here? ok ok
[01:38] <delaria> perfect
[01:38] <delaria> for now then I salute you, and thank you for chat

perhaps someone can read the italian and determine whether its a woman speaking as delaria but as for my impression given the way she talks about her skills it could actually be Alessia Tatti... and also the way they interact doesn't seem like two guys talking to me (its almost a little bit flirty).. but then again i'm only reading the translation...

Don't buy into his bullshit either, he could very well be lying. When people spoke to him months ago he said he didn't know anything about what is going on with Labcoin's day to day operations that "Sam" was in charge, so clearly he was involved and knows who "Sam" is, or is trying to cover up his own tracks.

Also, for the people filing a complaint in Italy, make sure Alberto is listed on the complaint, as he is the most likely culprit, and the people who filed in Hong Kong list fabrizio and everyone also, let the authorities figure out who is lying and who isn't.

Yep he has been caught lying multiple times along with his sister, that's why authorities need to be involved to see them confess everything once they are faced with a little bit of punishment, since they are spineless italians after all as soon as they get arrested they will squeal.

Guys

Just I was just doing some initial forensic analysis on the IPO money

From the original IPO address..
https://blockchain.info/address/1ovYFPS1HiGFMQVTB3vuWtnEpGvRxZ6H7

most of the transactions from this address seem to come from Germany which would make sense since if I recall correctly the Labcoin web server is hosted there.

I have managed to track that atleast 1,000 BTC was sent to a Just Dice Hot Wallet.
https://blockchain.info/address/13cSk2UJwcZ3ch6xW1SqjDrFXGhjeuF13K

atleast 1280 BTC is still possibly controlled by LABCOIN because the transactions came from the Germany.
https://blockchain.info/address/1B8Y86LdMKyWnAdqzRhK9UE1nxWFgDtRD6

2,631.9077 of our bitcoins ended up in a purchase of some kind here..

https://blockchain.info/address/18XrnwWLpMb46VGzphN47sWQYuohksWboG

the owner of this Bitcoin address is a vendor because there are many many Public notes saying transaction refunded... if we can find out who it is then we know where Labcoin got their ASICS from.

it looks like that vendor started accepting orders in June or July 2013

the first refund note states "Public Note: Refund of late paid order #334"   1st Aug 2013

EDIT.. All transactions coming from that vendor seem to be originating in GHANA using a BlockChain.Info wallet....

If I discover more I will let you know..

Cheers.

Looks like all the Mining has ceased... no income to the collection wallet for 5 days.

https://blockchain.info/address/17psAW21J4twanAFWmbcd5WdX2pKeX3trm

and I just checked.. ALL dividends were being sent from a blockchain.Info wallet accessed from Ghana

I think the evidence is mounting that the Sam Noi from Ghana on linked-in might be our Sam Noi.
or at the very least someone from Ghana Posing as Sam Noi.

the interesting thing is that we may be able to get the blockchain.info to freeze the accounts pending an investigation before Sam manages to move it. Since Blockchain.Info is based in the US.
does anyone in the US feel like taking this one to the authorities there?

you could go through the feds, the bitcoin foundation or directly to blockchain.info (or all 3) since this may eventually turn out to be a 4 million dollar fraud.
