You can do a wire transfer which should complete within the next 6-12 months, maybe years... I have a buddy who's been waiting about 3 months so far for his wire transfer. Word on the street is they can process 6 wire transfers a day? something like that. I did nothing wrong and received an apology for the inconvenience they caused. That experience is unusual, but the international/language barrier makes communication very difficult. I would advise against it; it's not worth the headache.
