As the title says that if you want to increase the price of bitcoin then promote it everywhere around you. As if you will promote it and will discuss about bitcoin with your friends and family and your other relatives then they will also invest their money in bitcoin and the name of bitcoin may reach to a group of people who will have a high amount to invest in bitcoin which will increase the demand of it than its supply.

I am saying it because a few days ago I heard from a person that he discussed about bitcoin with a friend and after that his friend felt interest in that coin and he said that he has a total of $60000 income per day from his business and when he will fully learn about bitcoin then he will invest all of them in bitcoin each day instead of depositing them in his bank account. If people like that will get awareness about bitcoin then once again the price will start to rise.

I've been there, I've introduced bitcoin before to some of my friends but not everyone will be interested on it and some might be skeptical since it involves money. A normal person would think that it is a scam and some are disappointed for investing during the peak and selling when the market started crashing. Some time in the future, people will learn about it, people will just blame you if they will not get anything from their investment, especially with the current market situation.

But it looks that you have spend a longer time in bitcoin community so you will know that bitcoin is fruitful in long term investment. We all are evident that in the long term bitcoin investment brings a very high income. So you can explain all the things to them that for how long we have to invest to get the real benefit.

He will definitely get the profit as we all know and many of the major online business owners are saying along with SEC that in digital era in the future bitcoin will play a major role and it will have a high value.

Third point is that we do not have to invite them to invest in bitcoin but we have to tell them about bitcoin community and we have to invite them here on this forum and have to provide them any job related to their skills. When they will spend some time at here then they will either start earning bitcoin and will start busying bitcoin and he will learn that in long term the price will increase so he will hold and if he will hold then the supply will reduce and the demand in the market will increase the price of bitcoin.

Bitcoin's price moves as per the free market decision. It is impossible to increase the price of bitcoin just by promoting it to everyone you know. Also it has lot of risks as well.  If your friends loose money after investing in it, you will be blamed for that. I am sure you are talking about butterfly effect here that goes well with lifestyle brands, but not with cryptocurrency.

The best we can do to use facebook, twitter and similar social media platforms. Try to share good and positive news about bitcoin as much as you can. If a major percentage of crypto community members start doing it, it may show some result.

The real change can come only when governments start adopting it. I mean not by the handful of governments but the major economies. That's when the bitcoin market will see a real change. Otherwise it is very very hard to do bring back the positivity in the crypto market by whispering campaign.

about the risk of losing price I already discussed in my previous comment. I am still stressing on it because I know that if someone will know in direct relation that you are in bitcoin community and you are happy with it then it will be more effective to invite them.

Yes the governments need to adopt it. And We are seeing that governments are already coming to make bitcoin able to work in their states for that they are making some regulations to make it suitable according to their financial laws but people start to afraid from it and they again start to sell their coins. we also need to explain to the people that do not afraid from these regulations and have to explain to them that with that these governments will make bitcoin suitable for to legalize in their states.

In some point it is good to increas the BTC price but I think it does not affect much because promotion of bitcoin is not easy. At the same time, there is just a small portion to be added in case you can gather people to invest.
The reason behind the FUD news and price expectation of the analysts as well as the popular people in order to attract the people to buy BTC. Because the greater demand of bitcoin, the more its price surge.

I did this at some point but it seems people around me are too greedy that they are only concerned about winning and making money without considering the option of them losing at all. What they asked in common is " if I should invest x amount of money, how much will I get back?" The moment I can't offer such assurances, they bolt which is win-win as the market can do well with the people already involved while I can sleep in peace without being bothered about what explanation I would give in situations like this.

Without mincing words, the push needed for price to increase is new set of people coming on board because every other strategy is lame. ICO is not making the necessary push, crypto related ads are banned, fork coins have been turned to jokes which could give a boost and news from most corners are not encouraging. We should not just get tired for the good of the market.

That's a good idea. In theory. On the other hand might me a lot of work without too many palpable results. I think the price of bitcoin is influenced a lot by the big players that benefit from these sudden fluctuations, which might make all that work of promoting it moot.

Trying to introduce bitcoin to new people is a good idea. But I don't think promoting bitcoin every where can help to bitcoin. Ordinary people will now bitcoin as a scam. Better to every thing goes normal.

Crypto currency in general is one thing I find difficult asking some to put his/her money in, since the market is on predictable, You may end up falling into a big trouble if the person lost his/her investments, not everyone had that patient to waiting when price is down, and not everyone understand how crypto works, some persons invested on Crypto just because of some positive hypes they gathered from some friends around then.
It is better for one to understand how the Crypto market works before jumping into investing on Crypto and this is not done in a day

While promoting it is a good idea,there're many people who don't believe it in a single conversation.The better method is to show the proof of how bitcoin work with ourselves,but this will take a long time to affect the bitcoin price.What we have to do now is to try to counter FUD that has been spreading to the people who don't have a clue how crypto works.

People usually talk about how much money they have earned so far thank to Bitcoin and I think that's wrong. You should start with explaining why even Bitcoin exists and why it can replace fiats. Most people only want to earn money quickly without learning anything. Some people who invest in Bitcoin don't even believe that it might have a chance to replace fiat. I try to tell people who are around me about Bitcoin and usually they become interested in it. However, they quickly give up because they think that it is too difficult for them to understand.

It should be like that because we have, we are marketing, and we are also introducing Bitcoin to everyone so that people are well aware of investing in Bitcoin for the future, so we indirectly participate actively to grow the value of Bitcoin.

yes, actually if bitcoin price wants to be high, the way is very easy, the user only invested the money in bitcoin in long term, occasionally using bitcoin for transaction purposes. If all the bitcoin users act like that, then I'm sure the bitcoin price will never go down.

Because you the publicity power are so small, if social media is to advertise, then a lot of people will be thinking about buying encrypted money soon.

My Wife is always talking to others about Bitcoin and telling them just to hedge a little of their savings into it. The problem is we are seeing in Bitcoin the same thing like in all financial markets. There are the big rich whales and the rest of the Bitcoin holders. A small group of people control a large amount of Bitcoin, so as long as that happens and continues, we will see price manipulation happening to the core and never ending cycles of boom and bust. Although now I do not see any boom for a long time and have a not so good short to medium term outlook on the future of Bitcoin.

 I also think this is a great way to increase the price of bitcoin and other altcoins, by promoting it ourselves. As long as there are many involve in investing crypto, I  think this will also make the price higher. Actually, when I started participating and gotten involve in cryptoworld, I was kind of silent to my friends, but when I realize it would be a help if more people know about it, I started explaining to my friends about it.

And I think it will work. The more people will learn about the profits that Bitcoin can give them, the higher will be the price of BTC. OK, even if the price does not grow fast, at least it will stop its fall.

this can be a good or a terrible advice depending on how people are going to go about doing it. there is basically two ways people always promote bitcoin.
1. the bad way
which is basically the popular method these days where newbies think they can get rich with bitcoin (or at least hope to) and because of it they start advertising it as something that will make you rich. they don't even know what bitcoin is they just know there is something out there called bitcoin which you can make a lot of profit from if you buy it.
this will not only not increase the price but also will cause crashes like what we saw in the past 4 months because newbies like this are weak hands who will only panic sell and are only involved with bitcoin for a short while.

2. the right way
if you want to promote bitcoin then promote "bitcoin" not fiat. bitcoin is NOT an investment, bitcoin is a decentralized currency that you can use. first educate yourself about bitcoin, what it is, how it works, what is the difference between bitcoin and fiat and why should you even use bitcoin currency,... then start giving that knowledge to others also.
this way you won't get speculators or newbie weak hands involved with bitcoin, you will only get people who find bitcoin interesting enough to use it and not just make money from it like a cash cow.
eventually we can see bitcoin really grow (as in merchant adoption) instead of just having just a volatile price where speculators make money. and price will shoot up a lot better this way.

Well i've been telling my friends about bitcoin and i have already convinced some of them to invest. Not many people are willing to take the risk. And most of those who took the risk want immediate results. This is why it is sad to look at people put in money and then leave the moment they lose part of their investment. It could be that we're telling them wrong or could be missing details or they're not really getting the whole concept of bitcoin. Its hard to promote something when the person on the other side just want to earn more money, but who doesn't, really. We can never really blame them for how they look at bitcoin because that is what the world is telling them. For us who has been with bitcoin long enough, its best we lay the details for them to fully grasp what bitcoin is, and not just look at it as an asset.

Yes I agree, with more users, bitcoin will have more power, and I always try to introduce bitcoin to all of my friends, now bitcoin's fame in my country already increase, almost all of my friends know about bitcoin but they not dare to involve yet because the government hasn't set any clear rules

I agree with you on this. I also introduced bitcoin to many of my friends . they really want to invest. And we have formed a team to discuss and map out strategies to invest in bitcoin. I think that is also a way for us to make a profit and also help the bitcoin value better

Bitcoin is very easy to promote people especially social media to increase the value of bitcoin, and its investors are growing, but people do not believe in bitcoins, especially when it comes to news about bitcoin's scam, so it's hard now to believe people about btc

In my opinion, we need more of offline promotion now. Most of the people who are active online are already aware about bitcoins.

To promote bitcoins offline using print and digital media, we may consider collecting funds (if that can be arranged in transparent manner) as it will not be cheap.

Yes It should be like that if you want to make BTC better than the previous value then true promotion should be done to all people to invest,over time from year to year that has a larger BTC personal wallet and many there also become an important point so many enthusiasts every year come.Good news about crypto must be on the front page of a newspaper to make it more efficient to introduce goodness to the public sphere.

The potential of bitcoin will be when the entire globe is able to trade but i am sure bitcoin is known to everyone in the world but to make everyone interested is not possible in a short period, merchants and traders will move to bitcoin, but the causal population wont be trading unless there is something that interest them.

You have some valid points.But no need to promote the bitcoin with your family and friends.Just share the profit you had get with the bitcoin trading with your family members and friends.Then ,they will start to inverse in bitcoin.It will automatically increase the price of bitcoin.Cheers.

I think that such activities would not be useful as there are huge whales trying to manipulate the price and FUDS being spread in the market to make the situation negative.Such promotive actions would take almost very large number of years to have a positive impact.

I dont think that it applies for everyone. I've already tried it but they are not interested nor do effort to rank up. They said that it takes a lot of time to earn higher money and so they think that it just a scam. Promoting bitcoin will be muc easier if bitcoin,itself, is reliable.

I agree with your statement about the promotion of Bitcoin. It is true that we can increase of Bitcoin by promoting it so that investors will give it a try when they've seen the potential income from Bitcoin. As for your statement that we will be involving our friends and relatives is kinda hard, the reason why is that people who just know you trust you even they don't really know how Blockchain Technology works. Then when they don't get what they expected and failed to be rich instantly, they can easily put the blame on you.

In my opinion, you can't influence the price of Bitcoin by convincing your friends and family to invest. What you can do is shed a positive light on Bitcoin and assist in boosting public confidence which in the long run will increase the number of people who would be willing to invest.

Is a good idea to promote Bitcoin among your people, but as you are promoting it be truthful and promote it with all fairness, let them know the risk associated with investing in bitcoin and Cryptocurrency a whole. In case anything goes wrong nobody will call for your head.

To spread information around is always a good idea, just make sure to explain all the risks involved in BTC investment too, otherwise people you "refer" to Crypto-Currency's world will complain a lot later if they lose money... The investors' goal is that BTC's price keeps rising, but everyone should be prepared for the opposite possibility too!

Bitcoin price now is crashing,  it is not bad to promote bitcoin but in this situation if some one interested what you  promote which is bitcoin then the market is crashing they will blame you.  But here in we all know about the market we undestand the situations , unlike those new inbitcoin if they will knew about the situations i think they will give. Before this is so hard for me because of lack of information about bitcoin and the sad thing here is media is ruining the image of bitcoin in our country, a couple of months ago there are so many news about bitcoin its not tottaly bitcoin but the scam ico who scammed lots of cash from the investors but the media keep saying that bitcoin is one of the reason behind this. But from the past week i keep spreading good news about bitcoin.

You nailed it dude ;D I know what you feel because I've been there also. I remembered the times when others don't believe in me and see three different facial expressions often every time I talk about cryptocurrency before: laughing, doubtful and uninterested. Even though everything change in a sense that they now believe in crypto's potential of making big money, I remain confused because no one still shows eagerness to learn about it despite of this fact (they don't even approach me at least). Now, I realized that even how hard you advertise and encourage someone to engage with crypto it will be just a waste of time and effort if he/she is not interested from the very beginning.
You have a point but don't be afraid. As long as you teach them properly and guide them for every decisions they made then it's not your problem anymore if they still lost — that happens due to their carelessness.

Yes of course it's a good investment

My individual record for someone that invested into Bitcoin is currently - £500 000. I know in the bigger picture of the Billions that are invested into Bitcoin, that might not be a lot, but it contributes to the success of Bitcoin in the end. I started out by giving some coin for free to this guy for him to understand the technology and he paid me back with a lot more money from the profits he made in 2017.

He was very influential in a big hedge fund that might start investing in Bitcoin soon. ^smile^ <They waiting for approval>

But normally the human nature is that it will make them to think that we are trying to scam them but if they have enough knowledge to understand about the crypto currency technology then it will be a turn around in their life.I also once didn't trust about the bitcoin but later on I understand the real technology and it just changed my life into better one now.I am also convinced some of my friends to invest into crypto but not in a big scale I think.

I had just made this bitcoin discussion with my peers and my relatives about how they could start to earn profit  by investing bitcoin.  Some of my peers were interested and others had just joined bounty campaign and started to invest btc from their token reward. I believe if many people could also share btc to some of tbeir friends and relatives,  this may contribute something to bitcoins growth.

I'm with you mate. In my country, most of the people are closed minded, I'm not saying its bad to see things that way because there really are scams out there, but isn't it good to be opportunistic? Yeah disappointment, well isn't it their fault to expect so much about it? Bitcoin is not perfect, but it has been the foundation of cryptocurrencies, and so far it had a major impact all over the world. Who would've thought that cryptocurrency will link so many platforms, well since its considered money - that's basically makes any country run. So what I'm saying is, its their lost, if your friends don't want it then leave it be, we don't want to reach to that point as what you've said - blame you if the market price fall.

I have been promoting bitcoin to all of my friends and families. Some of them invested in bitcoin which eventualy maybe can help bitcoin's price rise little by little. We really need good news about bitcoin and have faith on it to increase again. We can also advertise or promote bitcoin using our social media accounts to that people will be aware that bitcoin is a great opportunity in our lives.

I'm waiting for the day when people will start promoting bitcoin not to increase the prices but to let them be their own bank and spread the news about this paradigm shifting tech

Theoretically recruiting friends might affect the price of bitcoin. Of course we are interconnected where in we get benefits from each other here in cryptocurrency world. I agree with the quote. I also am sharing bitcoin, but i do it peer to peer to those who are willing to invest in it. The fact that cryptocurrency prices changes most of the time that’s why they treat it as a scam. Though i do not lose heart by continually sharing to those who accept with all its risk. Yes I totally agree with this statement because I believe that if you want something to happen it must start with you. Well in order to achieve that goal you must be the one who do it first. Well this is a kind of statement that I can totally agree on. I stand with this statement because I do believe that in order to achieve what you want then you must do whatever it takes. Well if your goal is to make bitcoin popular then it is really a good idea to do it yourself. You must start to do something and make it known wherever you are.

Promotion is beautiful, but promotion of the bitcoin alone strictly speaking will not be enough to push the bitcoin, its price, volume held and patronage. It will require a collective effort to ensure that the entrant exchanges adhere to certain minimum standards to both secure and promote the platforms at the same time, create more awareness of the use of the bitcoin by the free acceptance and use of the currency both online and offline. Very importantly we must not give in to the idea of pessimists and the words from the mouth of the traditional business entrepreneurs as they seek to protect their own business.

In my opinion, promoting bitcoin is really hard, especially if you're not that good at communicating with other persons, and also if you're just a normal person, it'll be hard to promote it largely. If you're going to promote to your friends, it's still unsure if he will invest, so the chances of attracting people to join or invest are small. I can say that endorsing and promotion are for people who's famous, because it's easy to attract people if you have fans.

I agree on you bitcoin are easy to promote to people and the social media to make increase the value of bitcoin, but the problem when people heard negative news in bitcoin they backout to join in bitcoin and they think bitcoin is scam, they didn't believe in bitcoin.

It is true that price is greatly and proportionally equal to investments of users but hey we can not just say "hey people, put in all your money so that prices will go up." That is insane. It is not that beneficial to everyone. If we will force millionaires to invest and we, ordinary people, will pull out profits, then how it is beneficial to those who invested big money. We, ordinary people who wait for pumps will be the reason of dumps again and repeat.

Totally agree. I myself came to the cryptocurrency market in the same way. My friend talked a lot about bitcoin. And I decided that it was time to sort it out. To tell you the truth, a lot of time passed while I started to understand the market.

I think its good to promote bitcoin in any persons around you but its kind of a hype that peopl will surely think that they can easily earn money without doing nothing only investing and they earn. I think the  best way is to teach and spread bitcoin words only but dont hype it.

Advertising bitcoin is one of the best way to attract investors. It should be beneficial for bitcoin users especially for those who has blogs, youtube channel or social media page to promote bitcoin so that many more can reach and learn it. The main target of this advertisement's is like you said the people who's earning $60000 income per day.

I'm curious to know.... It's obvious how bitcoin is a good investment. But wouldn't you also want to see bitcoin develop beyond its status as an asset or investment? Wouldn't you like to see it actually become a virtual currency we could use? I believe having a virtual currency will make transactions more transparent and seamless. I think that is a good idea, one of the problem that affects the bitcoin price. So we need to promote or advertise the bitcoin to social media or in people that around us. We can help the bitcoin to increase it price in that way. The demand of bitcoin is continues decreasing so we need to help the bitcoin to increase it's demand.

I did it before but no one want to  kearn more about bitcoin, may be create YouTube videos will be help, because people around us don't need bitcoin then amy be people in other place will be interested.

What you say is true if we want bitcoin prices to go up so we can promote bitcoin to the wider community. The more people who bite the bitcoin the more people are curious about bitcoin. Spreading awareness about bitcoin even just talking to a friend surely can increase the value. The more investors there will be, the value will just increase.

It is difficult to promote bitcoins because they can also blame especially when the price of bitcoins falls. It is better for them to search and learn bitcoin in their own way. I have experienced the blame. When I told my friend to buy a bitcoin when its price increased. And they get caught up in the dump of it so I do not want it to be repeated.

I have introduced my many friends about bitcoin some interested and others not but when bitcoin price touched ATH $20000 then many friends and other persons come and say what is bitcoin how we can use this. bitcoin price is increase from market supply and demand and if we introduce new peoples then demand will be high and supply will be low so possibilities is price can increase but many whales manipulate market according to their need.

I agree with your idea behind this post.The price of Bitcoin totally depends upon it's demand and by demand I mean number of people buying and selling Bitcoin.If the demand is high i.e if people are investing in it on large scale then the price will be high and if the demand is low i.e if people are selling their BTC's on large scale then the price will be low.If we promote Bitcoin then more people will be a part of it.More people will invest in it.This will increase the demand which will automatically increase the price.

Spreading a word about bitcoin is a good thing, but also it has its own circumstances. When more people are getting involved, more people with big money also follow, thats why when btc became opular we have seen a huge pump and huge dump. It is not always a good thing, that everyone around you know what is crypto.

Well, instead of looking for the price rise I would recommend building the utility value because it is something that matters in the long run. The actual usage would be based on the utility value of any innovation and that's why we should focus on building the usage of Bitcoin around us. However, I don't think that we should promote it but letting the people around us decide whether to use it or not. Before this is so difficult for me on account of absence of data about bitcoin and the dismal thing here is media is demolishing the picture of bitcoin in our nation, a few months prior there are such huge numbers of news about bitcoin its not tottaly bitcoin but rather the trick ico who misled heaps of money from the speculators yet the media continue saying that bitcoin is one of the explanation for this.
