PayPal is not safe for exchange with bitcoin unless the person paying with PayPal is trusted. Escrow does not solve that problem, and if the person is already trusted enough to accept PayPal from them, then escrow does not provide anything usefull. Even if you cannot find someone to meet with you for a face to face exchange of cash for BTC there are many people who will send you BTC once you deposit cash directly into their bank account. Or, you can use moneypak, moneygram, western union, etc. PayPal and credit card purchases of Bitcoins in general do not work and are not done. The sender could then login to his Paypal account from a VPN and send the payment as gift, when he would later logon into the account from his real IP and he would request to reverse the transaction and Paypal would reverse it no questions asked. Just got to be aware of that. I am looking to buy 0.42BTC with Paypal, have already done so twice on this forum, trusted member.
