It doesn't look like you're trying to raise anything like enough money to do a decent ASIC run. What are your actual plans? An FPGA conversion? If so, what kind of hashrate are you getting with your current FPGA prototype, as the results will be comparable? You also don't mention anything about your background or the other people (if any) working on your project. Do you have the background to pull this off? Wait... I don't have a website, its simply a spreadsheet to keep track of shareholders for the time being.
