Please check the link for a guide on how to do it correctly (using different wallets) here "How to sign a message?!" Why is there a signature ad in your message? If you can't sign a message from a staked address you're never going to get your account back. Why is there a signature ad in your message? If you can't sign a message from a staked address you're never going to get your account back. If you can't do that you may as well forget about your accounts because even with valid messages they're just not getting restored right now.
