It seems this is an asic running ethash algorithm, ETH is against asic?

Bitmain is not behaving in the Crypto community's best interests.  They are a business that found a niche, and now they are exploiting the fuck out of that niche.  You can't fault them for this since they are a privately held company.  This does not mean that you give them a free pass just because they are doing what a business does.  Coin developers need to be more agile in order to change algorithms.

To achieve 1500Mh on Ethash/Dagger hashimoto need 12000 Gb/s memory bandwidth

Sorry to say that until bitmain officially announces it, that posted photo and video is just speculation and is probably fake. Its so easy to create a fake html page and just change the url to seemingly create a miner stats page. FUD.
