This quilt will be auctioned off today to April 20th, 2018. Note: If the auction is unsuccessful I will be listing it as a [WTS] in Goods > Collectibles until sold.

The quilt was designed and quilted by my local quilt guild. This entire project was to test interest in Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency quilts while supporting the local quilters community. All proceeds will be going to the quilters guild. I pitched them the idea in March of creating some quilts related to cryptocurrency. The guild loved the idea and in a period of 20 days created an amazing warm feeling quilt. I hope this quilt brings everyone who sees it some joy and inspiration.

The suggested use case for the quilt is either as a throw quilt (on your lap while watching movies), bed or hanging display. The quilt is the first and one of a kind. No two quilts will ever be alike.

Description: Bitcoin surrounded in a sea of blue. 100% Cotton all three layers, Top, Batting, Backing and Thread. Custom stitching on blue boarder, yellow middle and white centre.
Size: 58"x58" inches  - 148x148 centimetres
Starting bid: 0.125 BTC
Bid Increments: 0.001 BTC
Any bids within the final 15 minutes will extend the Auction by an additional 15 minutes.
Excluded from Bidding: I may exclude bidders at my sole discretion.
End date and time: 4/20/2018 - 00:00 hrs UTC (https://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/generic?iso=20180420T00)
Payment methods accepted: Bitcoin
Additional information: Payment will be escrowed (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0) until proof of delivery of the quilt through mail signature. After escrow receives proof of signature from buyer/seller funds will be released. I will never ask for direct payment through Private Message.

Lovely looking quilt!

First day funded plus looks like a MS69 to me. I will be bidding for sure.

It almost makes me sad that I'm unable to bid on this. I've been with you just about every step of the way while you took questions, discussed the project and were posting updates about the development regularly. I can say honestly, the final product turned out better than I had assumed it would, even after seeing the progress being made. I'm really interested in hearing a review from whoever does end up buying it, because I'd like to hear more about the quality, warmth and the look of it in person. I'm very heavily considering getting a custom project started with you guys, more likely when the market recovers a bit more, though. Good luck with the auction, I hope you get some bites and as always I'll be here lurking. It is also nice to see that you are accepting BTC for the quilt, because there are a lot of "local" businesses that attempt to make their name around the forum and then fail the simple task of accepting BTC.
