Bitcoin price is very sensitive to the bad news and also it is decided by pure public sentiment. So whenever we see serious bad news like a country banning crypto currency operations or criminalizing it, market reacts badly. On the other hand, the market should react well for any good news. My concern is, now the market is not reacting to the good news. Otherwise, we have two great news with us like, Germany legalizing it and G20 summit showed positive thoughts about it. But the market didn't react well instead the price keeps going down for no apparent reason. 

I think that Bitcoin hasn`t  grown on the background of good news yet, since the bad ones have affected him too detrimental. On the trading floor OKEx traders have made too many operations with futures for crypto currency, which triggered its fall. The fall of the rate is also associated with the closure of major trading floors. The good news that you mention can not block such strong causes of the fall. Therefore Bitcoin needs more time to recover in this situation.

Good news will not always get a positive reaction, and vice versa. One great proof for it is some of OP's examples in his post since market sentiments reacted the opposite way. Also, the public should have had reacted badly in media always trying to bring btc down when it was still in it's early days. Nevertheless, bitcoin shown it's resilience and it's supporters have shown positive reaction it despite the bad news that time.

although of course we are busy with investing in bitcoin but we also have to spend some time in worship and pray because everything must be in the basics like that because this life must be based on faith trust.

The price drop of bitcoin is caused by those investors who has weak hands and selling when there are FUD's spreading in the internet. We can't do anything about it. Those professional investors see this as an opportunity to buy, making the price to increase.

We have seen bitcoin crashed when Mt. Gox has been hacked in the year 2012 I think or 2013 but it slowly rises and at 2017, it reached a new ATH of almost 20k$. Lets  just hold bitcoin instead of dumping it.

In the post of OP we saw that when there is FUD that has been spread across the internet, the price of bitcoin increases. This is because of the professional investors who are buying when they know that bitcoin dipped. They bought at a lower price and slowly, it will increase again.

it means that no matter what is the negative news bitcoin will survive and will gain more supporters from the community, bitcoin will continue to rise and we can gain more profit though there is spreading negative news.

If there is  so called positive  so expect the negative,  but let not the negative put you down instead used the negative to inspired you to move forward and turned it into positive .  For if there is negative there is success on it.  

I agree with the quote and I think one way to help bitcoin is for us to share good news about it. Let’s make people become aware of the benefits of bitcoin thru peer to peer sharing this way we are helping others and bitcoin in itself. There’s always a good news in it and let the negative news die down.

Absolutely my friend, I don't believed in all the negative news and feedbacks regarding bitcoins. I know bitcoin well passed this stage. Happy moments are not always happy expect the dull times also, so this time are the dull moment of bitcoin. But negative will change to positive if we wont let negativity swallow our trust in bitcoin. Lets pray and continue to support bitcoin tell happy times came back.

Faith and trust is our key for this all downs of bitcoin. For me i trusg bitcoin thats why i dont sell some of my money to bitcoin or cepytocurrency. I see a big profit when it pumps again this year or month.

Yes it is true dont need to let the negativity get you down because negativity can only bring you down and it cam only waste your time and effort.Being pessimist is not good you must set your mind with positive things and be an optimist.

People tend to overestimate the impact of good or bad news on bitcoin price, every week you can see some bad or good news but what determine the price are the market trends

True, although some countries and some site ban the bitcoin. It is still our future crypto. We are still trust the bitcoin because we are still believe it will rise again. And I know everyday there are some people who interested in bitcoin.

all of us must be strong in doing like this that they are always telling that someday bitcoin will be stop,but for me i am a positive thinker and i will never give up on a very small question they have,if we think positive we can walk straight and just go on working in bitcoin.

Me is not negative, me is positive and got out at $18k after seeing fees hit $55 per
transaction and knew all trust in the development team was lost and walked off with
a nice positive sum.

Fees and the lightning network with it's banking hubs has killed bit-coin and keep
trying to blame China, Korean or Putin is not fooling anyone with there eyes open
and it's about as realistic as the so called Russian chemical attack on the UK.

Nice statistic, but I am afraid that people are tired of market falling.Since the beginning of  2018 market chart was very nervous for investors and HODLers. And now they think that it can be the end. So we see the result, BTC price drops bellow 7,000 more than twice during the last week. I don’t know what will be on April, but I want to see the bounce up to $ 9-10 k.

Dont entertain or allow negativity in you that will get you down and discourage you move up. Positively go with your plans and aim and achieve success

Best thing of all, is the fact that there is no negativity. All the 'negativity' that people see, plays out only in their mind, which is what market movers like to exploit - they play with people mentally to get them to sell their coins, and it seems to be working pretty well. While people keep panicking over nothing, I am carefully buying coins at current levels, where after that I'll be enjoying the ride up.

Seriously, if you sell at current levels, you're pretty stupid. If you didn't sell at +$10,000 levels, what's the point of selling now and risking to buy back higher? It's pretty fascinating, but also embarrasing at the same time. These are the type of market conditions you always need to have fiat ready for. If you have used all your funds to buy Bitcoin with some weeks or months back, then just accept that you can't do anything other than waiting for the market to climb back up. It will go up eventually, but just not in the very short term, how difficult is that for people to understand?

So in the long run, bitcoin has been on the rise.

That's what I'm telling from those Fudders thread and doubters who keep asking the same questions with different sentences just to ease their own doubts to hold the coins longer, you can tell the difference in its price by seeing the very own price history of it, there's no denying the proofs that it survived harsh crashes and negative impacts the only difference is that we are talking about the large figures of prices and capitalization, different scenarios, events and unknown reasons but the same cycle it will bounce back.

We need to trust Bitcoin. So far since last year, Bitcoin's price is higher. On a psychological point of view, this is a yearly pattern. Just keep on supporting Bitcoin and everything should be fine.

We remain calm and continue to believe in it. The banning of bitcoin from some countries has had a great impact on its value. I think if that does not happen then the value now will definitely increase dramatically. Now it receives a lot of attention from many people as evidenced by the G20 summit it has opened many positive trends for bitcoin.

I'm  not totally affected with all negative news about bitcoin because I have faith that bitcoin will overcome all this struggles.Whatever happens,I will never leave bitcoin as long  as bitcoin exist.

Yes, negative news such as slippery holes that can make us fall, panic flowing in our brain and make us afraid if bitcoin will end. But we should be able to see from the positive side when the current price fall, we can add the coins we have and when the price falls is the opportunity to buy it.

This is a must read especially to those who are now panic selling due to the continuous dumps that is currently happening. Given that dumps are not permanent,surely things will be better for Bitcoin and recovery will soon happen. There are no definite reasonon what is happening but patience will be the key out of this uncertainty. Just wait and hold until the price stabilizes.

Anyway, lets hope that these 10 days will come back soon and our bitcoin will start the space journey one more time. We saw bitcoin above 15K USD and now the eyes are burning to hell to see those prices again in my life. I am not tired or getting bored of the situation but I am very curious to see what is next door!! I have funds that are waiting to ripe since long and to be honest I did buy one slot of my satoshi's at the rate of 12K USD. So eagerly waiting for bitcoin see the up trend.

And these statements is all that the general public tend to hear about bitcoin first.
They do not hear the good it have done in the news such as how banks are using the technology behind it to improve upon their own services such as faster payments and a more transparent ecosystem towards their own customers.

Most importantly is to always think positive, despite the dropping of the value of bitcoin. Remember that bitcoin is volatile and thats normal, means its value is unpredictable, sometimes it goes low but it will goes high for a matter of time. All we just have to do is to trust and to wait patiently for the rise of the value of bitcoin. Invest now so that we can earn big profit when the rise of bitcoin happen.

All these negativities surrounding BTC and other crypto currencies are needed for cryptoverse to grow and expand. It's all just publicity for crypto to be known by mankind. There have been too many times these issues and dramas tried to kill BTC but whatever doesn't kill it, only makes it stronger.

Bad news effect largely on the price of bitcoin. Probably for different negetivity and FUD of social media the price of bitcoin is being affected. Yes. I am fully agreed with your statement. Traders should not be worried at any negative news. So many negative news is coming like social media closing ads of crypto. But be strict at your position. Bitcoin price will not drop for that kind of news.

We can’t actually let people understand if they don’t want to understand. Everybody has his/her own understanding. Rise and fall in price is very usual in the market. Bitcoin has always recovered from tis hard time. And I believe, it will do it again.

That was then when there were different events happening but currently there are no such events happening at all. Even the biggest event of all time G20 summit meet up did nothing to the bitcoin value after having positive results. This made the bitcoin more suspicious because after having such good news at least investors from the countries who declared the legal tender should have gone through the wild changes and should have put more money into the market. But we dont see any such news and thus the market stands still.

I am just pointing out this one to know you that this year there are no event to make the changes in the bitcoin prices. What it will be the only natural recovery and nothing else in real.

Many factors play a role of the fact that the negative dominates, because recently there was a big decline of bitcoin and to do with it no one knew what ..

Allowing all the negativity get to you is just as bad as the market prices going down because if you allow it get to you then you start getting scared, then you panic and the next thing on your mind is to sell and cut your losses

Exactly, which really make sense. Negative vibes makes your day so bad as bad as the market nowadays. Each of us have our own thoughts on how to handle it in such many reasons. We need a good and positive vibea at all as we need a great amount of profit to the kind of coins we invested. Well, if there is negative ,there is positive which you need to oppose the bad vibes into good vibes and hoping the value of the invested amount will increase in the future.

i salute you sir ! this thread is good because it says that we dont need to be panic when the value of all cryptocurrency is too low much better if we buy a lot now because this is a sign to all that the more cheaper the more you get and we dont need to be stress all the time even our coins will dump more keep calm and hold it.

There are always negative side where ever and whatever you do. I think this is the way of bitcoin of how strong it is in dealing with the negative aspect. I do believe it can surpass all this negative impact about the bitcoin environment.

My friends has been advising me to withdraw my money and wait for a while, but one don’t really think that’s a good thing to do, cause I actually bought at the rate of $6000 this year, and the price is even above that ($7000). I plan to continue holding it, even if it goes down to $5000 I won’t really be worried about that. I believe that the price will soon go up, anytime from now. It’s still early to say when it will happen, but I believe one of these coming months it will.
