I think in app store you just put Tick that you confirm you are 18+ of age . Anyway kids can register everywhere where they want if they use fake date of birth lol . Lets say at Primedice everyone can create account and play .

UPD: Unfortunately we haven’t gathered all the necessary money during ICO. Frankly speaking we have gathered nothing. We’ll try to develop the Project further at our expense, but it will cause enlarged timeframes.
