How are you making any profit from your pool if there's no pool fee? How are you covering your so called 'professional server' costs? What's the catch?

I can tell this is a hosted server my invalid rate is 0.15%, and I'm 2K miles away from the server

Question since the database is corrupted, all PPLNS shares are going to be lost on the switch over? and everything is going to start over with zero shares?

IE how many blocks/rounds does your PPLNS pay out?
