I have many confusions regards Bitcointalk New Rules. The main thing i am very tensed about that, What is fMerit? Is fMerit bad for account? If it bad then how can i reduce this fMerit? However, I have a feelings that Theymos, admin of the forum wanted to collect the forum users' responses, expectations for next ajustments of the forum rules, especially in forum ranking requirements. Fmerit its just An obvious extension on top of Merit, sMerit, and source merit.
