Title: [ANN] SkrittCoin Tyria's first cryptocurrency Post by: skrittcoin on April 01, 2018, 09:55:08 PM SkrittCoin (SKTC) is a POW currency based on an april fools post from Guild Wars 2, an MMORPG game by ArenaNet. A minigame was created by user that_shaman on Reddit and can be viewed and played here: https://www.skrittcoin.org/ You can also find his original reddit thread at https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/88pd97/presenting_skrittcoin_tyrias_first_cryptocurrency/ I decided to created a scrypt based coin and present it to the community both on bitcointalk and reddit. This is meant to be lighthearted, so have fun with it. I went ahead and mined 1% of the coins ahead of time so I would have some to hand out, and who knows, I may even recoup my server hosting costs some day :) As for a use case, well it could be used to trade for just about anything, up to the community of that one.
