USER PROFILE : 23coins (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=390403) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=390403;sa=showPosts He is now a "bounty manager" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3120228.msg32253238#msg32253238 but he still bump ICO and now he is a copy paste (too) on differents 3Ds! As you can see here http://archive.is/nOPEX https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=390403;sa=showPosts he copy-pasted 3 times the same thing on 3 differents 3D in 20 seconds. What do you think about it? Do you think any service/bounty from this user is trustworthy? I don't know if this is the right section or was better post this on reputation section. I will report his posts and you should too, it's not allowed to copy paste the same shit in different threads all the time since it's considered spamming and he should be banned for it.

If you didn't know for bounties the job of manager is just to check the posts and give stakes to the users accordingly all payments are made directly to the user from the company , so therefore no escrow is neededWell obviously not.
