They are along the same niche. I like NEO especially because of its potential. WAVES has also seen recent and rapid developments which position it for contending with Ethereum.

there is no opposite direction as usual, when the BTC nutrient falls then altcoin responds well. not for the moment. How about Bitwhite.org (https://bitwhite.org/)? That platform using a new algorithm called dPos (Delegate Point of Stake). Actually, the price is still cheap now. The roadmap is good, and they have a plan to build Dex within the mainnet wallet. |
