Problems That Enterprises Face During KYC:

Below are identified problems on KYC process:
1. New customers need to type their identity information during signup or checkout. This step is a hassle for the customers, hence they could just cancel the signups or purchases.

2.KYC process is time consuming. Customers need to wait days even weeks to get the results.

3.Human makes mistakes. If the KYC process is done solely by human eyes, there are chances that mistakes happen.

4.KYC process is expensive. Enterprises spend money to train their staffs to verify and validate ID document and conduct facial recognition.

5. Unable to determine the authenticity of the document. Enterprises do not have access to governments’ databases and other companies’ records to match the customers information. Hence, fake IDs are hard to detect.

Simplifying the KYC process by using a facial recognition, that is neat and it should be easier to do. But how about the security of the users/customers data?
Will it be protected, so there won't be some bad guys doing bad things using the data.
