Since there is about 39 skins on the account including preorder skins and holiday skins that you cannot get any more. And the cheapest most skins go is about 5, so just the cost of the skins alone at the chest price is about $200. He has 6 rune sheets which cost about 5 dollars a sheet so there is another 20$. Then every champ but the last 2 takes a ton of time to grind or a ton of money to purchase. I could do $100 or roughly 7.5 bit coins
