I'm not a pro trader or "analyst" by any chance, but I'm pretty sure we've had a lot of double bottoms in the past whereas it didn't end up having a bull run. Time will tell, though.

If you have read three exchanges in Japan have closed due to failure to comply with the strict regulations set by the Japanese Government. Also in India exchanges are shutting down. The price increase may be temporary and soon it will go down the moment those bitcoin holders in Japan and Indonesia will sell their bitcoin in panic.
